Only thing we had a bit of trouble with was a trainee at the desk who kept being left by himself and he clearly hadn’t yet been trained in some of the basic info so made it a bit difficult to get clear answers but he was lovely and tried very hard to help. Otherwise, no complaints ”

“We had 2 nights here and thoroughly enjoyed it. I recommend a helicopter ride with westline aviation right next to the hotel. We did the flight up to the amphitheatre and the scenery is stunning! The chalet was spacious and clean and equipped with everything we needed for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. ”

“Nothing to write home about. 1. I felt the driveway needs some fixing and the parking should be closer to the units, I don’t get why it is closed when that space can be utilized. 2. The shower heads were also not good enough as water flow was not fast enough or had the right pressure. It was spraying all over.”
