Pool and Spa Heating

Pool and spa heating is optional and available for an additional fee.

• Reduced rates available for longer stays
• Spa heats in approximately 20–30 minutes
• Recommended pool temperature up to 85°F

Once heating is activated, guests can control the spa and temperature settings during their stay.

For safety and proper operation, please do not remove the pool cleaner. If it needs to be moved, feel free to reach out.

To help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests:

• This is a family-friendly home and not suitable for parties or events
• Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM
• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests
• No smoking anywhere on the property
• Please keep thermostat settings between 72–76°F
• Doors and windows should remain closed when heating or cooling is in use

The home is professionally cleaned and inspected prior to each stay. If anything does not meet expectations upon arrival, please let us know right away so we can address it.
