I will try to give a fair review even though I would never stay at this unit again, even free of charge. In spite of the terrible luck we had at this unit, the property management did stay in contact regarding our problems. I even met the owner of the unit and showed him around and showed video footage I had taken. Both the owner and Itrip were polite. Some at Itrip seemed to be empathetic. VRBO was the most empathetic and tried to help as best they could. Unfortunately neither could or would do anything. Itrip was honest and told me there would be no refund but they would try to transfer me... But there were no available units.I told Itrip and VRBO I was vacating the unit, refund or not. I rented a unit nearby and it has been a life saver.The BC unit looks nice and has comfortable beds. There are some minor repairs needed which I showed the owner in person and he agreed. The biggest issue is the noise. Tenants above us had screaming matches. They ran up and down the floors the following day and night. It sounded like hammers at a construction site. I took several videos, recording the noise and showed both VRBO and the owner. I was assured I was the first ever to complain. Either I had the worst luck of incredibly rude guests above me -- which no one could do anything about( managed by a different company) or this is the worst built unit I've ever stayed in. If you value time or money consider passing on this one. It was a costly mistake for me in time/money.
