Clean, fun, condo!

The condo is beautiful and super clean! We had an 11day stay with our four small children. We arrived and we were able to check in a little early which was great. The responsiveness to any question or concern was answered quickly. We overall enjoyed our stay. There were a few hiccups that happened that were not a reflection of the owner of the condo per se as much as the condo management and some disrespectful teenagers. When we arrived the pool had lots of debris (dirt, tree bark, trash, and lottery tickets) after about 2 days it was cleaned so that it could be swam in. The condo has an alley behind it for guest parking but unfortunately a few of those nights teenagers would park behind there and drink, smoke weed, listen to music. One particular evening the owner a few doors down had politely asked them to leave and the teenagers got upset and tried to engage in a physical altercation with him. My husband and his wife called the police and it was quickly mediated and the rest of the night was quiet. I really hate to post such negative things because the condo itself is beautiful, perfect location, and extremely clean it’s just as someone potentially renting I would want to be aware of these things. I’m hoping these incidents were just isolated and due to the condo complex having been renovated and no guest staying ,the rowdy, disrespectful teenagers just assumed they could park there. I’m hoping that they can get it figured out because again the condo itself is amazing.

Great location!

This location was only 5 minutes from the village. There were beach towels, a wagon for the beach. The place was very clean. I would suggest deep cleaning the couch.

Siesta Kay Vacation

We liked the size of the dining room/living room/kitchen. The kitchen appliances were good. The back door was great which allowed us access to the restaurants and shops more easily. The location was the best part. We walked to the restaurants and the beaches. Unfortunately, it rained most of the time, so we didn't use the pool. Also, the TV reception was confusing.

I feel this property was over price. It does need a little more cleaning in the bathroom and rooms vents. The vents were filthy also the bathroom shower was a little to dark. The pool need lots of maintenance. The pool water looked dirty all the time and not big enough for the hole complex. Location is perfect lot of shopping centers and restaurants. Also 15-18 minute walk to the beach. Overall I don’t think I’ll be staying in this property again.

Enjoyed our stay

The property is centrally located to stores and restaurants which is convenient. There was an unusual amount of noise from the HVAC unit and trash and work trucks in the area. Overall enjoyed the stay but be prepared to wake up early due to work truck noise

Inside was clean, outside no. The place is located in a area close to everything, which is nice. But the amenities outside are horrible, the pool is just gross, nobody has cleaned it for a while. Also on Saturdays it must be a hang out for the local kids. They climb the fence get on the roof and run and jump into pool. It sounds like they are coming through the ceiling. Then they apparently post on social media, when i approached the kids to ask them to stop they would but within a hr another group would show up each group becoming more unfriendly. I would not suggest this place at all,

Close to beach and thriving downtown!

Large enough for two and a few guests, not large enough for 6 people! Workable kitchen and laundry Nicely decorated The beds were terribly uncomfortable. Most nights my husband ended up sleeping on the sofa. Pillows were hard. The queen room was very loud at night when the air conditioning came on. You need a step stool for the kitchen. You absolutely need a safety bar in the shower. Refrigerator shelf is broken; a bin is missing. Mystery as to why this condo was listed for so much more than what our neighbors paid for their similar condo!!

Heart of Siesta Key

This property is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. We found it well-appointed, clean, and well-kept. I couldn't be happier about our decision to stay here. We’ll be back!

Perfect Location

The unit is located conveniently to Village offering steps away from groceries and dining. Beach short walk to access 5. We arrived after hurricane so internet and tv were not working. Comfortable beds and modern tasteful decor. Would rent again.

Quiet restful stay

This was a great stay for our family with kids. Right by the pool, picnic area to sit at and read. All things were provided for us, even the beach stuff we didn’t think of. Excellent communication with the polite and helpful property manager. Great location, we parked our car and didn’t need to drive til we left for home.

Perfect Rental

Great central location in Siesta Key village, walking distance to several beach areas. The condo has everything you need for an extended vacation including beach chairs, umbrella, toys and carrying cart. The check in/ out process was straight forward and landlord is very responsive if needed. Everything was clean and comfortable, including the pool which is right outside the unit. We rented a car but honestly you could get away without one since everything is so close and there’s a regular trolley service for free. We would definitely return to this location again.

Needed to clean

Good. I think cleaning supplies for the bathroom and kitchen floors should have been provided. . A vacuum and a mop would have been nice. I was there for a month so area’s definitely needed to be clean
