This was a nicely decorated, very clean one-bedroom second floor unit just 200 steps from the soft white sands of Siesta Key Beach and easy walking distance to several restaurants and a grocery store. The kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom is has a fabulous rain shower. The water in the clean outdoor pool was heated to a comfortable temperature. The view of the beach beyond the pool in the signature photo is the view you see from one of the chairs in the living room/kitchen area, so you do have a beach view, albeit long-distance! The managing company was amazingly responsive to questions, with every one (made during business hours of course) answered in minutes. The only caution I have is to ascertain that you are ok with all the add-ons to the base price, which in our case amounted to about 50%. That may be the usual practice, I don't know, but it is not something I paid attention to until after I booked. In any event, we were very happy with it even at the higher price and I hope we return some year.
