    Esta unidad remodelada de Gulf View tiene 2 dormitorios y 2 baños, capacidad para 6 personas. El maestro está remodelado y tiene una cama king size y un baño principal con ducha y piso de azulejos. 2do dormitorio también remodelado tiene 2 camas individuales. El segundo baño tiene una nueva área de ducha con azulejos y piso de cerámica. Los ventiladores de techo y TV están en dormitorios y sala de estar. También la unidad tiene internet inalámbrico! Hay nuevos pisos cerámicos a lo largo, excepto en los 2 dormitorios que tienen alfombras nuevas. Esta unidad tiene una hermosa vista del golfo de México desde el sofá, la mesa del comedor o el balcón. Hay tumbonas, mesas y sillas para tomar el sol, comer o simplemente disfrutar de la vista de la playa o ver la puesta de sol. La playa tiene un 99% de arena de cuarzo que nunca te quema los pies, independientemente de la temperatura. ¡Es muy blanco y polvoriento! O disfruta de nuestra terraza que tiene una vista fantástica! De nuevo, bienvenido al paraíso!

July 2016 Stay

Suggest replacing glass tables with more functional and safe ones. Kitchen tools need to be replaced. Pots and Pans ok. Have been coming to HOS for over 20 years Will reconsider staying in same unit if above is not changed.

We had an issue with the master bedroom tv and it was addressed immediately. The gentlemen who came to fix it was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Fun in the sun

A perfect 10 days on theb beach. We couldn't say more about the location, cleanliness, amenities, and interactions throughout the rental process. We rented a car for easy access to other beaches, groceries, the village but that would not be necessary if you planned on staying at the property's own amazing beach. The weather was amazing, which no one can control, but we where surely lucky. Would rent here again no questions asked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It’s always a great idea to spend time in Siesta Key. House of Sun is located perfectly and provides easy access to the beach and other amenities. Unit 312 is adequately outfitted and offers most everything you need to enjoy your time there, including a fabulous view of the beach. The unit does need updating and a refresh, but if you don’t care about those things, you can enjoy your time there and focus on the beach. (As a side note, the association is changing their pricing structure, which results in a HUGE increase for upcoming rentals.)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was by far one of the best vacations our family has ever taken. Our unit was clean, the view was awesome we couldn’t see sunset but wasn’t a big deal because there are two sun decks to choose from or the beach. Everything was in walking distance, except the blvillage was a bit of a hike for kids. Everything was honestly 5 star except for the glass tables that my son literally sliced his toe open. We love siesta and will always stay at house of sun but they just have to get rid of the glass tables.

The only problem I had was for such a beautiful rental, the mattresses on the beds were HORRIBLE! You could feel every spring!! Not comfortable at all. Other than that we had a wonderful time.

Beach Retreat

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was very easy to find, ideally located near the elevator. Everything was clean, organized and spacious for a family of four. I would say the beds do need upgrades, new beds pleases they are dated. The view and very good sized balcony was a welcomed treat every morning and throughout the day to relax and enjoy the view of the highly rate beach. The office staff were always welcoming, helpful and responsive to our questions, they were always just 1 phone call away. The maintenance staff were also very approachable, upon our arrival one of the building staff was very kind to retrieve a luggage cart for us and deliver it right to our car, he made us feel right at home.

Unit 312 was super clean, comfortable, spacious, well equipped. Common areas were clean, easy access to beach, pool, parking, local restaurants and shops super close. Great location with easy access off island. Office staff were very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend, will definitely stay here again next trip to Siesta Key!
