    Esta unidad recientemente renovada de Gulf View tiene nuevos electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable en la cocina con encimeras de granito, baldosas nuevas en todas las áreas comunes y alfombras recién instaladas en las dos habitaciones. La unidad ofrece una nueva cama King size en el dormitorio principal y dos camas tamaño Twin en el dormitorio de invitados, comedor para cuatro personas, muebles de cuero nuevos y duchas con azulejos de baño con encimeras de granito. Disfrute de un nuevo televisor de pantalla plana de 46 "en la sala de estar, un televisor de pantalla plana de 32" en el dormitorio principal y un televisor de pantalla plana de 26 "en el dormitorio de invitados, con un reproductor de DVD y CD en la sala de estar. August 2019 Stay

We love staying at House of Sun! The front office staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The condos are very nice. Wonderful amenities and gorgeous beach!

Disappointed

The condo we rented, had many electrical issues. GFCI outlets in bathroom not working. Lights at bedside not working. TV not working. I would not have rented this unit out if I owned the unit. Extension cords were run from workin outlets after circuit breakers were reset. Not happy! RED TIDE. Could not use the beach. As soon as you go out on beach you Cough out your lungs. Had lasting effect on me. Beach wasn’t cleaned up of all the DEAD FISH.

Off to bad start

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 19 days without a refrigerator unit required us using the refrigerator across hall for a week and then an old one from office for 11 days till new one delivered. Put a damper on our time there. We did get a small refund but not to the extent of 19 days of inconvenience, considering the daily rate.

Great Stay!

Great experience and awesome location. Clean rooms and loved the tennis court and pool. Wish the property manager would of cleaned up all the smelly seaweed off the beach that came up. It mounded and got really gross. The county wouldn’t clean it up since it’s a private beach. Room was AWESOME with comfy couches and beds. Only things that would help if the room had a cooler to be able to take to the beach and if the resort had complimentary umbrellas. Other than those small things, we had a great time! Will for sure come back.

First time Disappointed!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at House of Sun every year for a number of years now. Have always enjoyed our stay. This year was different. New rules are ruining it! Only allowed 2 chairs per unit!! Most units hold at least 4 people, so 2 seems greedy since we now have to pay $15 per DAY if we want a third chair! Also, we always have our friends over one night for dinner while in town. This year we now had to pay $20 for a parking pass for them to stay. I have been going to Siesta for over 30 years now, and for the first time I am considering a different place next year for our vacation

Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed most of the week at the House Of The Sun , room was very clean , new tile floors & new porch furniture & new dining room set were nice additions from the previous years stay here . Red tide prevented us from getting in the ocean a couple days & walking the beach as we normally do & the pool was closed for a few days because the extra amount of people using the pool instead of swimming in the ocean threw off the PH & the crew had to work to get the water cleared up . All in all we found things to do & made the best of the week together.
