Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Florida, Crescent Beach - Este gran 2 dormitorios, 2 baños villa es de aprox. 1000 sq. Ft. Cuenta con una amplia zona de estar, comedor, cocina totalmente equipada, mostradores de granito, todos los electrodomésticos, aire acondicionado / calefacción central, parking cubierto, terraza seleccionados, wi-fi en la unidad, 3 televisores, dvd. La unidad es sin alfombra y tiene una cama king size, 2 dobles, 2 camas nido. Libre de larga distancia ilimitada en los Estados Unidos y Canadá. El complejo muy bien cuidado y se encuentra en la parte más ancha de la Media Luna Beach. El complejo cuenta con 2 cabañas de playa, sillas de playa, una gran piscina climatizada, sala de juegos, shufflboard y un pintoresco patio frente a la playa, donde disfrutará de las puestas de sol más increíbles. Hay muchas tiendas, restaurantes, golf, pesca, tenis, canotaje, parapente, galerías de la zona. Busch Gardens / Disney son una distancia corta. A little more expensive now, since we've been coming here for 12 years, but we'll keep trying to come. Overall nice to see our friends and family every year.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was always attentive. The unit was well equipped but needs some love and attention from its owners. They would find that the king mattress has lost its form and support since one can easily roll off the edge. Additional towels racks and hooks added to each bath. Label the electrical switches and create easier access to TV. The porch door needs alignment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental is pretty good. Of course the beach is spectacular., which we love. The porch area needs to cleaned, painted and fixed. Ceiling also needs to be repaired. Only three chairs on porch. Towel rack on porch rusted. Kitchen knives barely cut through anything. Instructions on how to use tv. Netflix, operation in general. Bedspread in master very very old. Faded and starting to wear thinn. Previously commented on these items.

Cute and comfortable

Nicely updated villa very close to the beach. Beautiful bathroom and shower in master with King size bed. Beds were comfortable. Pillows could have been better. We had a broken coffee pot and they got us a new one within and hour. Cannot tell by looking at the vrbo listing whether the ocean is visible from the villa which it isn't. Nice screen porch but needs some type of lighting. All in all, quite satisfied with accommodations.

Location to beach and pool is fantastic!I would however note that it is advertised as sleeping 6, but even though there are two trundles to pull out, there is literally not enough floor space in the room to pull both out! Also they should replace all the bedspreads with newer and cleaner options.

Great beach rental

Location is great, short walking distance to the beach, place is quiet, well maintained, fully equiped, modern and the price is really competitive for the area.

Convenient & Comfortable

Easy living in this mid-block unit with just enough luxury to be comfortable and not extravagant. Everything was very nice, especially the showers with really nice water pressure and piping hot water. Could use an upgrade of bed pillows and linens.

Beach getaway

We had a great time! The location is PERFECT! 2 min walk to the beach, 30 sec walk to the pool which had pool tables, air hockey and pool table which we enjoyed. The beach was beautiful bring a beach or camping canopy for an all day post up we did not but wish we did. The living room furniture wasn’t too comfy or beachy but decent. We knew the condo did not have toiletries (would be nice to have had dish washing soap/liquid hand soap) so BYO. Also if you have little ones you may want to bring extra night lights, paper towels paper plates/cups baggies, salt, pepper tin foil. We used the community grill which worked great. We really had a great time and would come back to this condo!

Perfect

What a delightful villa! Perfect location, painstakingly stocked with anything you might need and exactly what the doctor ordered after living without power for a week thanks to hurricane Irma. Very close to beach and pool, very well maintained. Will definitely be back. Thank you, thank you!

Clean and Well Managed

We stayed for a couple of days with 2 of our kids. The property is older but very well maintained. Villa units closer to the beach are preferred but there is also a pool near the street for those who stay near the front of the property. We stayed in Villa 24 and the kitchen and bathrooms have been recently updated. There's a full kitchen so you can eat in if you choose. Keep in mind that this is more of a budget minded property so if that's what you're looking for you won't be disappointed. We would gladly stay here again.
