Property was very clean and had everything you could possibly need for cooking! The furniture was comfortable and the place was just very cozy and made you feel at home. Very beautiful views and right across the street from Siesta Key beach. There is also a trolly stop right outside the condo to take you to Turtle beach, Point of Rocks or anywhere else you want to go on the Key. The host was very quick to respond to any questions and very nice. My family loved our stay and hated to leave! We will definitely be back!

Great place just as it’s listed. Rich was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Parking was a breeze along with the close proximity to the beach.

Wonderful stay and condo

Wonderful stay at the condo with beautiful views, great furnishings and decor. The listing was accurate. Location was easy to walk or trolly into town. We hope to stay here again!

This two bedroom, two bathroom condo is wonderful! It is beautifully decorated and well-equipped for every need. Attention to detail has been made at every level; with comfortable beds, remote blinds & fans, two balconies, and views in all directions. Rich is a super host and was very easy to communicate with before and during the trip. The location is right across from the main beach and it was so easy to just walk across and not have to mess with parking. The open trolley system stops right in front of the towers. Once we arrived, we never had to drive our car around for the entire week. It was so relaxing!

Amazing!

From the decor to the location to the quick response from the lost the whole week was perfect! I loved having coffee on the patio in the morning and drinks on the other at night. It was truly a perfect week!

Great vacation

Condo was beautiful and clean. Location was perfect and only a short walk to the beach. The trolley stop right in front of the building was handy for our many trips to the village. I would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful place to stay on Siesta Key

The unit was bright, clean, well furnished, and beautifully decorated—as well as quiet! The kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels and washcloths, including everything we needed for the beach. Siesta Key Beach—one of the top beaches in the world— is just a short walk across Beach Road and a free trolley is available in front of the building to get to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed our stay and the location, and look forward to staying here again!

Great Stay - As Advertised

Absolutely perfect place to stay. The description of this property was spot on. The unit was spotless, up-to-date, and well equipped with everything we needed. The on site facilities were well maintained and cared for. The pool area was right across the parking lot and provided plenty of seating in and out of the sun. Great location with an easy walk to the beach across the street and close proximity to the village.

Better than advertised

I had high expectations of the property before I arrived and everything about the unit exceeded . The unit is fresh , updated , and in a perfect location . Richard was responsive with a couple of very minor asks . I’d love to stay here again in the future.

Beautiful condo

Condo was really nice. Beautifully decorated and spacious. Very clean and updated. Only complaint was distance to ocean. Quite a long walk with beach gear and pool was under renovation.

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo. Very well kept and stocked well with kitchen items. Right across the street from the public beach. Could use some new towels. Existing towels are quite hard but overall, this rental is an excellent choice.

Great family vacation

This was our first time in Siesta Key with our toddler. The condo was clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Rich was very responsive to messages sent to him. There is covered parking within the building that was helpful it was raining. Thanks for having us!

Perfect family rental

The unit was as described, very clean and beautiful open feel. The heated pool and tennis court were perfect to keep us busy when the weather was cooler. The unit had everything we needed and we appreciated the extra household supplies (laundry soap, dish soap, garbage bags…). Everyone we met at the condo complex was super friendly. Highly recommend this unit
