- Guests must follow resort rules (including parking limits)

- Rental registration and parking passes required

- No boats, trailers, jet skis, golf carts, motorcycles, or oversized/commercial vehicles. No golf carts allowed

- Roofing project is scheduled to start the first week of May 2026 (completion in about a month, weather permitting)
