This place is a great spot. You can get north or south quickly. Great views of the bay being on the 5th floor or heading out to the pier in the back. 4 people can stay comfortably. 2 full bathrooms is a big plus. The place pretty much has everything you need. The washer and dryer is right inside the place. There weren’t any pictures of it in the listing so we assumed it was in a community shared room. We were pleasantly surprised to find it in the unit. There was plenty of beach gear. The chairs and pull cart could probably use an upgrade but it worked fine for the week with what was there. Would re-book without hesitation

From the moment we opened the door to the condo it was apparent that all was great. We had all we needed for our stay. It was clean and quiet. The only thing that was a little bit of a problem was it was hard to find seats at the pool. Even though the signs say not saving chairs, most of the chairs had towels on them at 8 a.m. and no one was in the pool area. Otherwise, it was a great stay!

The host here is wonderful - very responsive. The unit is comfortable, clean and well equipped . Could use a little updating. No real view of the water from the unit. Siesta Breeze shuttle stops right in front of the complex making it easy to get around. We enjoyed walking to dinner spots and to the beach. Some wonderful restaurants in the area.

We appreciated that the condo was clean and well-kept. I booked this property specifically because the listing stated it was a 5-minute walk to the beach and included a free trolley running all day along Siesta Key. With three children, including one with special needs and another with limited mobility, proximity and reliable transportation were essential.Unfortunately, the trolley did not run on Memorial Day, and I was not provided with any helpful information when I inquired—only a general statement that it runs from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. I researched and found out that the trolley doesn’t run on Memorial Day. We were also not given instructions on how to access the onsite pool and clubhouse. Additionally, the beach was not a 5-minute walk as advertised; the nearest access point was exactly 1 mile away. When I asked, the owner confirmed the distance but didn’t acknowledge the discrepancy with the listing. There was also a bright exterior light outside the children’s bedroom that stayed on all night, and with no curtains, they couldn’t sleep. We got our own window coverings, which helped. Overall, we are grateful for the opportunity. However, while the condo itself was nice, the location and lack of clear, accurate information created frustration for us. These details made our stay more difficult than anticipated. Had we been given accurate information, we would have chosen a property better suited to our family’s needs.

Wedding stay

We were able to sleep 6 adults very comfortably. Kelli was able to answer all of our questions prior to our arrival. We went to three different beach access locations, we walked to two of them and ride the trolley to the last one. Accommodations were as advertised along with all of the amenities.

Perfect for a mini break

We stayed for a couple of days before heading to Bonita and had a lovely time. We’re a family of four visiting from the UK, and the host was incredibly responsive, which made everything easy and stress-free. As Brits, we did miss having a kettle for our tea, but we understand that’s not as common in the US—the cafetière did the job just fine!If we had to offer a little feedback, it would be that the beach trolley could use a refresh, and the balcony chairs had a bit of rust. It would also be great to have a drying rack for laundry instead of relying solely on the tumble dryer—though we know that’s probably just our British habits coming through! A couple of extra chairs would have been handy too.That said, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Cute place!

This Siesta Key condo is very cute and clean! We really enjoyed our time relaxing by the pool. The beach was quite a walk for my elderly mother, but they had a lot of other transportation options (Frog Hop was so easy!) nearby.

Quick trip to Siesta

Our family took a quick trip to escape the cold NY winter and get some sunshine. We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was perfect for our needs and very clean. Plenty of space for all of us and we used the kitchen frequently for meals. Beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart and other beach essentials were available. We walked every morning down to the dock and to the beach. Saw dolphins, birds, and took a fun sunset tiki boat tour. Great trip! Kelli was very responsive and a pleasure to converse with.
