The property was amazing. The home was very spacious. The host was awesome. Very easy to communicate and so friendly. Any issues that we had they were right on it. Giving updates and information. We were greeting upon arrival with cupcakes for the whole family. They were very considerate to all of our needs. Will rent from them again highly recommended them for anyone who needs to rent.

This is our second trip to Siesta Key. The house was perfect for our family of 7. The pool and outdoor area was amazing and the ability to walk to the Village was awesome. And the close walk to the beach. We will be back.

It wasn’t as big as the photos in line but was great. The washer/dryer is garbage. Needs to be replaced. The refrigerator also isn’t great. The house could’ve been much cleaner but, I like everything to as clean as it can be. The towels were very stiff. I had to get Downey and was them all myself. That’s fine though. I would love to stay again only expect all cleaning products to be there for me. The rug on the porch had sand fleas bi vacuumed that also. Thank you for everything. I do have photos but I’m not going to send them. I spent a lot of time cleaning but that’s what I do

Perfect Place in Siesta Key

House was amazing. Group was there for a low key bachelor party, the house was clean and even better than the pictures. Location was perfect being so close to the village and a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend this place!

Siblings Getaway

Eight adults spent a great six days at this lovely home. Everything was as is listed for this property. We enjoyed being able to spread out when necessary and come back together when we wanted to spend time together.The management company was very responsive to just a few of our requests.The private pool and Lovely die outside dining area were certainly a plus.Close to lots of options for dining and shopping and an easy walk to the beach

First, staying in this home for a week made me want to move to Siesta Key! The home is amazing, 4 bedrooms with lots of space and everything is provided, including beach chairs, toys and balls. The pool was heated and we spent lots of time there. Property manager was very attentive and even replaced two of the bikes when I told them they were frozen up. Bike rides around Siesta Key and on the beach. It was fantastic. There were 8 of us and we had a great time. Would definitely go back and stay here (if I can afford it). Shopping, restaurants and nite life were within a 5 minute walk.

Nice Place!!

This property worked great for our family of 7 (3 couples and a single). Plenty of space for us to be together and plenty of space to be apart as well. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and grocery store. Had a great time!

Great stay at Siesta Soul

We really enjoyed our stay at Siesta Soul. The backyard was lovely, with a large, heated, clean pool; grill and firepit, and a convenient side entry with a hose on the side where you could wash off after coming back from the beach. The beach is a short, nice walk away and the beach wagon was very helpful to pull the beach chairs/umbrellas in, plus a rolling cooler. The kitchen was well equipped except it would be really nice to have at least salt/pepper, and preferably just a few staples so one doesn’t have to waste bigger containers of things like that. Also it poured rain one day, so a few games would’ve been nice. There were plenty of towels and beach towels! The house was clean, spacious and everything worked well. The management company checked on us, answered questions promptly, and sent someone right over when a drain was draining slowly. The house is so well located; close to the beach and many restaurant choices within walking distance. We were in town as part of a larger family reunion and they graciously allowed us to host a cookout for our extended family, which was much appreciated.

Friends Trip to Siesta Key

This property is perfect for four couples looking to explore Siesta Key. The 4 bedrooms are all ample in space and the living room/kitchen area offers a great place to gather. The outdoor space is ideal as well with a large covered deck and in ground pool. Although the weather didn’t permit for us to use much of the outdoor space (rainy weekend) we could tell that if the sun was shining we would have spent most of our time out there. The property is also within a short walking distance to everything; restaurants, bars, a market, ice cream, and the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Vacation

Stayed with my husband, two young sons, and my parents. We had a blast and the property had everything we needed and more! The pool and backyard was a relaxing oasis and the house is in a prime location - only steps to the village! We will be back.

It’s like a hug when you walk into the house.

Beautifully decorated, bright and airy. The house has the perfect combination of open family space and private. 11 mins to beach access #2, which is our fav. part of siesta key beach. The backyard was paradise, the only thing missing was my own personal waiter making me drinks! The neighborhood is wonderfully quant and quiet. This is a wonderful vacation home, I look forward to returning.

Location plus, Maintenance minus.

Lots of issues, but still had fun. We had to contact maintenance multiple times for various things. The small refrigerator didn't work, the washing machine was broken and leaking water, and on our very last night the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night. Every time we reported it we were told someone was coming to fix it. The only thing that ended up getting fixed was the small refrigerator. So suffice to say, there were a few minor issues. For the higher cost, the house is showing some wear, i.e. toilet paper hangars were hanging off the wall, beach towels were rough, dishwasher didn't work great, etc. Location to town was great, we never had to drive. Pool area was nice, we definitely enjoyed it.
