Upgraded Property on Siesta Key Beach
We loved the apartment. It is nicely upgraded and fully equipped. It is an apartment not a townhouse. It is a building with 2 units and this unit is on the top floor. You have a private entrance to the beach. You get 1 parking space but are right next to public parking where you can park a second car. The listing doesn't say this but they provide beach towels, towels, kitchen appliances including 2 coffee machines ( American coffee and Keurig), and all the cleaning supplies you could need. We brought things unnecessarily from home. The only things you have to bring are beach chairs and umbrellas as they don't have those. The beds are super comfortable and the apartment is very cute. The views from the house are amazing. The only thing I didn't like is communication was via turn key and not an owner or management company. It felt impersonal. Also, they have an ipad in the home that measures the noise levels in the home and sends you automatic noise complaint notifications. We had it next to our blender and received 3 noise complaints the first day. That was not a nice way to start the vacation because it was 6:30pm and we could not believe we were receiving noise complaints for doing nothing. We disconnected the device and had no further issues. I do not feel it is ok to listen to the people who rent your house with a device.
