Melissa and Brett were great! The home is beautiful and was perfect for myself and my adult kids we loved having access to the golf cart it made the stay extra special, the outside area pool hot tub big table and chairs we could all be together in each space! The open kitchen family room was perfect for family time! The home is located in such a great area and walking distance to beach restaurants etc! We will definitely stay here again !

My family and I spent a long weekend here and it was perfection. The pool was amazing. The proximity to the village and beaches was so convenient. We used the golf cart everywhere we went. The owner was super helpful and friendly. We are already planning our return trip!!!

The location of the property is great. The home is very clean and well furnished. The kitchen is well equipped. The golf cart was super fun. The property owner was very responsive. On the downside, the outdoor grill is not in service. We bought food to grill before knowing this. When we contacted the owner about the grill not working she replied that we were notified in the listing that the grill wasn’t available, however, I reviewed the VRBO listing and the Canva details for the property and both indicate the property is equipped with an outdoor grill. There is no mention of the grill being out of service. Also, the water in the pool and spa were not warm enough. The temperature of the pool/spa is set at 87 degrees but the pool temp was not 87 degrees. I’m used to a spa temp of 100-104 degrees so the spa was not warm enough to be enjoyable. There is a note from the owner above the pool/spa unit that indicates the temp must not be set above 87 degrees and that the owner can see pool settings on their cell phone. I found the note and monitoring of the pool settings to be a bit off putting. Because of the note, I didn’t bother to contact the owner about the water temperature being too cold as the note makes it clear that 87 degrees or below is the appropriate temp, as per the owner. I’d connect with the owner before booking about the status of the grill and the ability to raise the pool/spa temperature if you plan to use these amenities during your stay.

The host is kind and responsive and the house was impressive and clean. It’s also within walking distance of a bunch of restaurants and bars. Close to a beach and the house comes with a 6 seater golf cart.

The house is beautiful, but for a raining day .The heating pool is with solar panel, we can barely use . The outside grill don’t work. If you want to enjoy the privacy for a price off almost 900 dollars a day ( include cleaning fee ) all the amenities Such as pool and grill should work .

We loved this house. We celebrated a cousins 50th birthday and had so much fun. The location is close to all restaurants and beach. The golf cart was so fun to use. The house is nicely stocked with necessary items, pool noodles and toys. There was everything needed for the beach.The most important part was the owners were very responsive to all questions. We look forward to coming and staying here again.
