Sea Shell Condominiums, ubicado en Siesta Key, justo sobre el puente de Sarasota, es el lugar perfecto para escaparse durante las vacaciones durante todo el año. Los condominios Sea Shell son un complejo cerrado con estacionamiento cubierto asignado. Nuestros apartamentos están totalmente equipados, las instalaciones de lavandería están disponibles en cada piso, y los balcones del condominio ofrecen vistas de las impresionantes puestas de sol de Siesta Key, así como la belleza natural de la playa y las aguas tropicales. Nade en nuestra piscina climatizada, tome el sol en la playa o relájese en las saunas. ¡Las vacaciones de tus sueños te esperan!
Uno de los mejores condominios de lujo actualizados en el Sea Shell. El dormitorio principal tiene un colchón New Serta kingsize pillow top y baño privado, puerta corredera hacia el Lanai. El dormitorio de invitados cuenta con 2 colchones nuevos Queen Serta con cubierta tipo almohada y acceso al segundo baño. Hay un televisor de pantalla plana en la habitación de invitados. La sala de estar tiene un nuevo sofá de cuero, loveseat y silla. Hay un televisor inteligente LED de pantalla plana de 55 "en un gran centro de entretenimiento estilo KeyWest. Cocina renovada totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito y comedor independiente.
La playa es fantástica! Arena blanca de cuarzo que nunca se calienta o enfría y se siente como talco para bebés. Las aguas azules y azuladas se extienden hasta esta playa virgen. Los delfines nativos locales son un sitio común. El complejo está ubicado enfrente del pequeño supermercado, excelentes restaurantes, delicatessen, alquiler de botes y bicicletas, la heladería The Orange Octopus. Prueba mi favorito. ¡caramelo salado!, Pizza, 7 once, tienda de regalos, etc.
El área de Sarasota Florida es lo suficientemente grande como para ofrecer servicios culturales cosmopolitas, pero lo suficientemente pequeña como para ofrecer privacidad aislada. Paseos en bote, pesca y snorkel se pueden hacer cerca.
La playa privada Crescent Beach, en el Golfo de México, mundialmente conocida por su belleza y la arena blanca y pura "polvo de bebé suave", ¡es el lugar de vacaciones perfecto durante todo el año!

The condo was perfect for our family. Especially the second bedroom having 2 queen beds. The kitchen was stocked well and plenty of dishes/utensils for the 6 of us. Plenty of seating for us all. Communication with the host was fast and helpful. Also dealing with the main office when needed was great. Onsite tiki area with grills was great too. We will definitely be back!

Steps from the beautiful beaches of Siesta Key

Our stay was wonderful. The condo had everything we needed for the week. A quick trip to the local grocery store - and we were ready for our vacation. The condo as well as the entire property is very clean. Fun places to eat and shop are within walking distance. We really enjoyed the comfy beds after long days of being in the sun. The patio was the perfect place to sit in the evenings to relax. The pool was a nice place to hang out as well. This first trip to Siesta Key won’t be our last.

We have stayed in several Sea Shell condos, this is by far our favorite. Sue’s place is very clean and well maintained and stocked. Everything you need for a wonderful beach vacation. Great location in Siesta Key! Across the street from several restaurants, shops and market. Easy access to the excitement in Siesta Key Village with many different free trolley options. We will be back!

Perfect Location and Condo!

This space is beautifully furnished and appointed with all of the items you will need to enjoy your stay in Siesta Key. We appreciated that there were hand soaps and cleaning products and garbage bags. (Other condos we’ve stayed at did not have these items.) Location was perfect with the market across the street and several good restaurants less than a 10 minute walk away. The owner, Sue, was extremely helpful and accommodating. The beach is so beautiful here and we enjoyed many mornings with dolphins, afternoons with sunshine and beautiful sunsets.

Family Beach Vaca

Siesta Beach is an amazing place if you love the white sands of Florida. Trolley is free and takes you to the village. There are 6 pickleball courts a mile away that have open play sessions every morning. We enjoyed everyday!

Perfect vacation

This condo is perfect for a beach vacation. The unit was updated and beautifully decorated. It was supplied with a full kitchen of anything you would need and then some. The unit was very spacious. The beds very comfortable. Baths had plenty of towels supplied. It was very, very clean!!!! The owner was quick to respond with any questions. We loved this place and will definitely be back!

Wonderful Week in Siesta Key!!

We had an amazing week staying in Siesta Key and driving to other area beaches exploring SouthWest Florida. The condo was wonderful. The only advice I have is to bring lots of quarters for the washing machine and dryers if you don’t like wet towels like me!! Quarters are hard to fine on the island.

Seashell condo Siesta Key

Condo was great! Beds weren’t the most comfortable, but it’s fine. My 19 yr old son brought his best friend, so kinda wished one of the couches made out into a bed. Location couldn’t have been more perfect: ) I’d warn anyone with an SUV. They don’t fit under the parking spaces because the ceilings are WAY low. Laundry room was convenient. Kinda pricey at $1.50 to wash and dry. Bring quarters! I really love having the washer and dryer in the condo so you don’t have to wait around on it. But, all in all, we LOVED it! Had the best time and the location made all other things seem minor: ) We’ll definitely be back!

Beautiful condo

The location was great. The condo was well equipped and all the updates were quality. Didnt use the pool but was small. If oceanview is important there really isnt much of a view. Otherwise I would definitely recommend this condo.

Fantastic place to stay!

The property is centrally located within very close range to the beach and pool. The condo was very clean, well equipped, very comfortable and very quiet. The owners were excellent to communicate during the entire process from start to finish. The condo building seemed to be well taken care of and the pool was cleaned daily. The outdoor bbq enclosed hut located directly on the beach was excellent for bbqs. We had a wonderful week and it highly met our expectations! We plan on booking this condo again.

We would absolutely recommend!

My husband and I have visited Sarasota many times over the years and have stayed in AMI, LB and Lido. Susan’s place on Siesta was our favorite of all. Beginning with the great communication, then the accuracy of the listing, cleanliness, location and amenities, everything was perfect. We hope to stay again in the future.

Very clean and great location

Very nice modern updated unit right on the beach. Great restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. Beach is amazing - everything you've read about Siesta Key as being the best beach in the USA is true! Unit was very clean and check-in/check-out was as smooth as can be.

Siesta Spring Break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Seashell 408! Susan was quick and detailed with communication! Condo was totally updated and stocked with everything we needed. We have stayed at Seashell many times in the past and this unit was one of the nicest! Cant wait to visit again!!
