Amazing home and excellent location!!!

This home is so beautifully decorated and perfectly set up for large families. It is also directly on the ocean with beautiful views, and located within 3 minutes of downtown siesta key. We definitely recommend this home!!

Pictures do not do it justice!

We rented this property to vacation with family in the area. We were absolutely stunned by the ocean views from all floors. The home was very clean and had everything we needed - just about every little convenience- to make our stay enjoyable. We will not forget this one anytime soon! The host was easy to reach and was on stand by to assist with any questions or concerns that may have arisen. We are already planning next month’s travel with Vunique!

Cleanest property / incredible stay!!

Wow. That was such a wonderful experience!! The property management team made check in, check out and any other issues that came up an absolute breeze! The property was so clean + had every amenity you’d ever need. Truly the cleanest property we’ve stayed in and we’ve stayed in SO many. It was so fun to see siesta key— we used the bikes and all the beach equipment on site + ended up renting a golf cart as well. Everything in the home is top notch — even the light switches, kitchen appliances + washer/dryer. We used the nugget ice machine + filtered water daily (we drink tons of water so it was so nice to not have to buy filtered water). Honestly such a fun experience and loved everything about this vacation. Your cleaners are some of the very best! Thank you for such a wonderful stay ❤️

Amazing!

Modern Marvel was an amazing property. We gathered with adult family from different states and had a wonderful time. Very clean, breathtaking views, and playful dolphins. Sunsets couldn't be beat. Convenient to the village and beautiful beaches nearby. Loved our stay.

We weren’t expecting anything less but were still astonished by the spectacular views! Planned our evenings around being at the house to watch the beautiful sunsets. The location is great, with the beach just a couple min away. The house was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The layout of the house was perfect. But we can’t say enough about the views!!!! We’ll definitely be back.

Felt like a little slice of heaven

My wife, son and I stayed at this house over the July 4 holiday. The views are stunning from all the levels with great views of the gulf, a beautiful sand bar and views of Ledo beach and Sarasota. And as the day changes and the sun move and the tide goes up and down, so does the view. One of the people we rented equipment from said that he visits alot of homes and he felt this is the best view on Siesta Key. We saw so many gorgeous sunsets and each of us even briefly spotted dolphins at different times. At night the green dock lights attract 40-50 huge fish who hang out there and are a sight to see. The rooms are spacious, the feel is very light and airy and we really appreciated that they were immaculately clean. Property management was very responsive to all text messages (including one time when we accidentally locked ourselves out). The way the access code works on this property is different than some others and it's possible to not be able to access the outside combination lock if you leave by the garage. So that something to watch out for. There's a beautiful man-made beach and comfortable hammock but there's no ability to get directly into the gulf water (It's a several foot drop off a concrete dock with no stairs/ladder to get back out). We misunderstood and rented kayaks (which in retrospect we shouldn't have done). It turns out that there's also high-speed boats that zoom by from time to time that would probably make it dangerous for a slow moving kayaking. We felt it's better to save the kayaking for someplace else. The only thing that wasn't exactly like the pictures was the outdoor area on the first floor. The salt water air and beach elements have caused the legs of the ping-pong table and fans to rust. And the bar etc are worn. All were still usable and it didn't stop us from using them. The inside was well maintained and beautiful (and we got a lot of great pictures). No place is perfect and there were a few hitches. The pool was green when we arrived, but a quick text message to the manager brought out the pool guy in a couple of hours. And by the next day it was looking better again. There were also quite a few ants out on the beach and in the artifical grass area which we always had to watch out for (and all of us got bitten at some point). An exterminator came out on the first day and sprayed but he said it's ant season on the beach and would be a couple of weeks before results would

Fantastic Stay

Property was spectacular, photos don't do it justice, we held several small gatherings of guests in town for a wedding, all were very impressed. Perfect weather, perfect views at sunset, very memorable stay.

EXCELLENT Family Vacation Spot

Excellent time staying at this property. The location can’t be beat. The folks at SKLRP were OUTSTANDING. They answered questions quickly from beginning to end. They were extremely responsive when we encountered a few minor issues at the property (disposal leak and AC not cooling). The property is awesome, yet well worn. The wear and tear certainly don’t distract from the stay yet be advised it looks better in the listing. The pool level restroom/bar area could use a very good/thorough cleaning. Generally speaking though, the house was great and a party of 10 had an excellent stay. We would return.

Rented this property for my 60th birthday celebration. The sunsets were amazing.

Serene & Exclusive

My family and I stayed here for five days and four nights, and we had a wonderful experience. This was our first vacation in over a year, and we couldn't have picked a better location than this. The house has impressive views of the Gulf from sunrise to sunset. Seeing the boats, dolphins, and sea turtles pass by was quite a treat. We enjoyed all of the amenities to the fullest, especially the pool, hot tub, and outdoor games. One of the biggest perks about staying here is the exclusive location. We didn't have to experience any loud noises or crowds from the beach. We enjoyed the peace and serenity of the place as the house is tucked away in a little enclave. The property manager was very accommodating during the whole booking process and our stay. She referred us to a personal chef who came to the house and prepared a delicious dinner. We didn't have any significant issues at all during our stay. Just a tip for renters, if you're planning to have guests, remember to make sure you tell them in advance not to block the driveway. It's a shared driveway, so the neighbor next door was really upset when our caterer parked in the wrong location as he was unloading/loading his things. It was an honest mistake, but she wasn't too forgiving and reported it to the property managers right away even though we had the car relocated. Overall, we had an A++ experience and are looking forward to coming back.

Fantastic spot

We would definitely go back. The backyard is where we spent the majority of our stay. There was an outdoor kitchen that we cooked on multiple times in addition to a propane grill. Pool and the hot tub worked as well. The views were outrageous. Full view of ocean from every balcony and we saw dolphins and other animals pop up as well. Watched the sun go down. There were a ton of refrigerators as well which was nice. Fantastic stay.

Family reunion

This was a wonderful property for a family reunion. Plenty of space. Fantastic pool. Great setting right on the gulf with dolphins playing right off the property. We really had a great time. My only criticisms would be that there is a public access right next door, and each day several folks would be out fishing of would wander onto our property. But they were polite when asked to leave. The design of the house also allows for noise to reverberate throughout. This wasn’t a problem for us thought.

Oceanfront house with beautiful views

We had a great time. Very private property and we enjoyed the pool , hot tub, and fishing off of the back. Saw dolphins in our back yard a couple of times Very nicely decorated and a gourmet kitchen. The gate was a little tricky, but nice fir privacy. Doors are hard to get out of for little ones- very heavy, which was a good thing. Have to watch little ones in the back yard at all times

Fantastic property - great location

The stay, the communication with the property manager, the check in process all were extremely smooth. The property was well represented online through the posting and everything was accurate. The home was very clean and the property manager was accommodating in providing access to the garage to drop off golf clubs/bags so we didn't have to lug them around while waiting to check in. The home, the views, the outdoor area is even better than the pictures make them out to be. That being said, this is specific to the property and VRBO, the reservation process has a lot of room for improvement. There was basically a technical glitch between VRBO and the owner's site which made it seem as though we had the house reserved, when in actuality it was not. It was resolved with the the property manager and everything was fine, however it was more than concerning in the first place. In addition it makes me question why VRBO is asking for a review as technically it was not booked through their service.
