Great communication. Host was open to communication about any details needed and responded quickly. So many small details were thought of by host. If you are flying out for a beach vacation, they have you covered! Check their list so you don’t have to over pack. I was in town for a wedding, It was a wonderful location to get some sun and fun before wedding duties. My favorite part was all the extra bedding, plenty of pillow options to choose from. No ceiling fans but we did have a fan in the room. This was another huge plus for us. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was older but clean and had a nice shower head. Plenty of towels. Kitchen seemed stocked, I didn’t use it much but I imagine their attention to detail hasn’t been missed in this room. The downstairs shared outdoor living space was lovely. Great place for a relaxing morning cup of coffee or evening glass of wine. There is a lot of stairs. Just be prepared when bringing up your luggage. It is worth the climb!!! (I hadn’t noticed that when I booked, but totally could have looked over that detail.) the condo has relaxing beach decor and extremely clean. The kayaks were fantastic for my morning adventures. I wish this had been a carefree vacation for me because this host would have made it happen. I will be returning for a beach vacation and can’t recommend this location enough. At the end of the island. If you want all the fun of the key without the noise and crowds this is your oasis.

This is a wonderful condo and the owner is very accessible and lovely to work with! Convenient location, great amenities and super clean! We brought all sorts of supplies but didn’t have to use hardly any of them bc there was so much already there from toothpaste to spices to kayaks and everything in between. We had our 2 young boys with us and they enjoyed the pool, fishing off the dock and the ease of the “secret island” access. If we visit Siesta Key again, this will be our first choice of places to stay. Oh and the beds were probably the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on. :)

The whole experience was fabulous. The apartment is clean, comfortable, and perfect. We walked to the siesta key shuttle or took the frog buses which helped get into town. We loved having the bikes and the pool was heated and so comfortable. There was wonderful sunshine on our deck each morning. We had NO complaints!

Although the weather did not cooperate, chilly January days, we had a great time! The unit was nice and host was easy to communicate with. The location was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely recommend walking to the trolley and taking that into town. Only real downside was the low water pressure in the shower, but it was fine. Would likely stay again.

Great place

Fantastic condo! Very clean and had plenty of room for the three of us. Heated pool was a huge plus. They provided everything we needed for beach. Chairs, umbrellas, noodles, coolers, bikes, towels. You are a solid 15-20 min from siesta key village and beach. So just factor that into what your days look like because there can be a lot of traffic.

Perfect location for Siesta Key.

Rental is immaculate, cozy, and perfectly located at the quieter end of Siesta Key. Easy access to nearby Turtle Beach and trolley stop to whisk you to restaurant, bar, and shopping district. Kayaks and bikes were super nice and much utilized. The mangroves were fun to navigate and the “private beach” was a treat. Beautiful area, best rental.

Great Stay

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our extended weekend stay. Location was very nice in a calm area of the island with great views of the intracoastal and close to the beach. We look forward to coming back again soon!

Great place to stay!

The place is amazing, quiet and clean, plus lots to do so we had an great time. I do have to say the property manager was very easy to work with and her communication skills are top notch so I will use her again for all my travels to this area!

Lovely, clean condo in a great area

Exactly as I had expected, given the great description in the listing! Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable and the location was quiet, with just a short walk to Turtle Beach. Our host was very responsive when I had questions. Wish we could have stayed longer so hopefully we get to come back again!

Great value, quiet location

Condo was cute and as described, pool was nice, kayaking to the private beach was fun and quick walk to the trolley makes it easy to enjoy Siesta Key Beach and the village. Would definitely go back. Only wish there was a grill for outside cooking!

Nice, quiet location - great kayaking!

The place was as described. Clean and nicely decorated. Double bathrom sinks are outside of the bathroom which is a little odd. The pool was relaxing after some kayaking! The kayak lift gizmo makes it easier to get in and out of the kayaks from the dock. We saw endless manatees while kayaking north one day and the next went south to the secluded beach. The free trolley to Siesta Beach or the village is just 4/10 of a mile or about a 10 minute walk.

Great location for a fun-filled getaway

Loved the location being away from the crowds but close enough to easily venture in if desired. Access to "secret beach" via kayaks and paddleboards was a highlight of our trip. Condo was inviting, clean and comfortable, but we spent most of our time out in the beautiful weather and exploring the area!

South Siesta Key Gem

Quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of central Siesta Key. Short walk to both Turtle Beach and a trolley location. Beautiful condo with amazing amenities, such as a pool, kayaks, stand up paddle boards, bikes, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Responsive host with great recommendations for activities and restaurants. We will be back!

Relaxing Getaway

We enjoyed our stay at the unit. It was clean and all was in order. The pool was great and we enjoyed being able to walk and bicycle to Turtle beach for beautiful sunsets. Also the Siesta Key trolley pick up spot is very close. 5-7 min walk. Overall very satisfied!

Quiet corner of SiestaKey

The location was great for us. At the south end of Siesta Key (end of the road), it is away from the crowds but close enough when needed. Short walk to a park and the beach. The host provides plenty of toys to enjoy - kayaks, bikes, SUPs, pools stuff. The condo was as advertised and communication with host was easy and responsive.
