Drive through the gated tunnel entrance beneath the guest house and continue down the Royal Palm-lined driveway toward the elegant iron and glass front door framed by a hand-carved stone entrance. Step inside and you'll immediately be drawn to the heart of the estate: an extraordinary indoor/outdoor pool experience unlike anything else on Siesta Key.
The pool is centered within a dramatic architectural space that occupies much of the main level of the home. Surrounded by stone columns, covered gathering areas, and floor-to-ceiling iron and glass doors, this unique "pool floor" blurs the line between indoor and outdoor living. Above, the sky is visible through the open roof directly over the pool, while a grand archway leads to the outdoor infinity-edge portion of the pool and the expansive patio beyond.

Waterfront Recreation & Sarasota Bay Access

Launch one of the property's four pedal kayaks or two paddle boards from the sandy waterfront launch area and, within minutes, find yourself exploring the open waters of Big Sarasota Bay or heading toward the area's popular nearby sandbar.
Guests frequently enjoy fishing from the private dock, paddle adventures on the bay, and relaxing along the waterfront while watching for dolphins and manatees that are often spotted in the surrounding waters.
For guests who enjoy boating, the private dock may be available with prior approval.

Although many guests find Casa Flamingo becomes the destination itself, the property's location makes it easy to enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer.
Included with your stay is a six-passenger street-legal golf cart, making it easy to visit Siesta Key Village, world-famous Siesta Key Beach, local restaurants, shopping, and nearby attractions.
Spend the morning at the beach, enjoy lunch in the Village, then return to your private waterfront resort estate for an afternoon by the pool, a paddle on the bay, or an evening gathered with family and friends.

Occupancy & Important Information
Casa Flamingo comfortably accommodates up to 14 overnight guests.
Per City of Sarasota regulations, occupancy is limited to a maximum of 10 guests age 7 and older. Additional guests, up to the 14-person maximum, must be children age 6 or younger.
Events and special gatherings require prior approval and may be subject to additional fees.
A signed liability waiver is required for use of the recreational equipment provided on the property, including pedal kayaks and paddle boards. Guests wishing to bring a boat and utilize the private dock must also receive prior approval and complete the required liability waiver.
