“This property is in the middle of nowhere so there it comes the magic. I can’t complain about slow and poor wifi or power issues since this isn’t a hotel but a home stay. The family hosting is among the best people you could ever meet, very attentive with guests and providing an excellent service and serving a tasty land grown food. We really enjoyed our time there, certainly a place to disconnect in the middle of the island ”

“Kumara and his family looked after me with incredible generosity. I was provided a room with a bathroom. They fed me incredible breakfast and dinner each day and even showed me how to cook using the traditional Sri Lankan methods. It can be hard to find, as it is down a dirt road, but it was only 5 minutes from Sigiriya Rock. Pidarangala and Minneriya National Park are also very close.
