From the moment we stepped into this property, it was clear we were in for something special. The place was impeccably clean and thoughtfully designed, offering more than we could have imagined!The views were absolutely breathtaking—waking up to such scenery was a daily delight. But the true highlight? The master shower. Imagine indulging in a spa-like experience with panoramic views; it was the epitome of relaxation and luxury.The beds were on the firmer side, which might be perfect for some, though a tad firm for our personal preference.Every detail, from the well-equipped kitchen to the cozy living spaces, was curated for comfort and enjoyment. It’s evident that the hosts have poured care and attention into creating a welcoming retreat.

Family met in SE Tennessee to celebrate Mom's 70th Bday. Just 8 of us, but had a nice time catching up. House was great. Check in fine. Only nit pick I have is that checkout being at 10 AM eastern time made that morning early and busy. Would have been nice to have an extra hour (checkout at 11AM) to not feel so rushed. That was the agreement and was aware of it at booking, so no complaints. Still get 5 stars from me.

We had a wonderful time at Sunset View. The house was warm, cozy and comfortable and had everything to make our Thanksgiving holiday complete. Location was a little remote, but it worked well for us. We especially enjoyed taking in the view around the outdoor fireplace.

I scheduled this trip so my mother could visit her sister (a Hixson resident). They had not seen each other in 4 years, are both in their 80's, and have some health challenges, including mobility challenges for my aunt. One of my best friends from FL drove up with us. As soon as my friend and I walked in the door, we were immediately refreshed from the exhausting road trip by the beauty of the home, the serenity of the location, and the breathtaking sunset. We did not want to leave. Everything was perfect. Everyone was comfortable. My aunt stayed there with us, and had no problems navigating around the house, even with a Rollator. Every amenity we needed was there, more than we imagined.

Three couples stayed at this property and we each had a king/queen with an attached bathroom. Clean and spacious. My favorite was the large screen porch with wood burning fireplace…we spent every night out there.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The mountain views are awesome. Inside the home is so beautiful; the online pictures doesn't do it justice. It was so peaceful and quiet that everyone didn't want to ever leave. The owner was really helpful and quick to answer any questions that we had. We will definitely come back again and recommend this awesome gym to our family and friends.
