Rentas vacacionales en Municipalidad de Sigulda

"Me gustó mucho que fuera un estilo un tanto antiguo y que la gente era amable. Lo único que no me gustó es que no hicieron mi cama "completa". La tendieron, pero no pusieron la colcha. También la tele era excesivamente básica. Tenía 10 canales (la mayoría en ruso o letón) y no podía conectarse nada. "

"2 de 3 noches el agua para ducharse o lavarse los dientes era color café como óxido. La recepcion y la sra. de la limpieza dijeron tener problemas y tenian una nota advirtiendo no tomarla.Me dieron 2 botellitas de agua para compensar 😞"

"El hotel está bien en general, especialmente bien ubicado muy cerca del centro histórico y la estación. La habitación correcta en tamaño, el baño un poco pequeño (con bañera, eso sí) y se ve todo de calidad. La TV un poco pequeña y la cama algo blanda, con dos cojines muy buenos. El circuito de spa estaba incluido en la tarifa de hoteles.com así que en ese sentido muy bien, te ceden albornoz, toalla y chanclas, y aunque es pequeño, tienes sauna, una piscinita de burbujas y jacuzzi. El desayuno es correcto y variado. Muy grande el espacio, aunque siempre está a tope. Ahí me di cuenta de lo grande que es el hotel (y no lo parece). Las zonas comunes del hall muy bien, las de las plantas un poco desangeladas. Las habitaciones sorprendentemente silenciosas, especialmente teniendo en cuenta que es una calle con varios bares cerca."

"This hotel does not live up to its 5-star rating. It feels more like an Ibis housed in a beautiful historic building than a true luxury property. While the location in Old Town Riga is charming, it’s also inconvenient — cars can’t get closer than a block away, which means dragging your luggage through cobbled streets, even in the rain, if you’re catching a Bolt or taxi. The hotel is currently undergoing construction. Although there’s an attempt to conceal it, it’s hard to miss the workers hauling rubble through the halls, leaving dust in common areas, and generating noise. It creates an overall sense of disorganization and neglect. Staff interactions were underwhelming. Most seemed disengaged, perhaps worn down by ongoing complaints. There was no effort to explain, apologize, or even smile — just passive listening followed by inaction. The room was another letdown: very basic, poorly ventilated, with a strong odor of recently painted wood. The decor was non-existent, the bathroom was worn and dated, and despite using the “Do Not Disturb” sign, housekeeping knocked anyway, saying they wouldn’t be able to clean later. The only redeeming feature was the breakfast — generous variety and good quality. However, even that lacked the atmosphere you’d expect from a 5-star experience. If you’re expecting high-end service and comfort, this isn’t the place. I would not stay here again."
