Pas d'eau. Pas d'évacuation des wc .Pas de minibar pas de breakfast avant 8 heures. Environnement autour de l'hôtel : horrible poussière et détritus. A déconseiller !

The level of english spoken was not what the website suggested, made check in/out tricky, comfortable enough room for the price, could do with a bit of TLC. Easy access to the beach and bars etc along the front

For beach goers

For beachgoers is the location very good. Just minutes walk to the beach. I guess that is what people stay in the area for. The bungalow is okey but pretty run down. Price level high, but it was high season. It says daily cleaning in hotel.coms review, but it didn't happen to us. We had to ask for toilet paper and the water. Got it without problems. We also got beach towels for free when asked. $20 deposit for the room safe key. The air filter for The AC was not cleaned for ages. After I done that, the air flow increased considerable. That has happened in most of the hotels in Vietnam and Cambodia during our trip. The restaurang was heavily overpriced, but the hotel next door, Sea Breeze kept more decent prices in their restaurang.

I’ll guess it’s one of the better bungalows in Otres. TV wasn’t working, very week shower. Staff spoke nearly no English. Nice beds and clean.

Unfreundlich und schmutzig

Obwohl wir ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht hatten, bekamen wir nur ein Zweibettzimmer. So wurde doppelt verdient. Das Zimmer war schmutzig und es lagen grosse, tote Kakerlaken im Zimmer. Frische Handtücher und neues Toilettenpapier waren schlicht nicht verfügbar und der Abfall wurde nur entsorgt, wenn er vors Zimmer gestellt wurde. Das Zimmer wurde während dem Aufenthalt nie gereinigt. Die Speisekarte war nur in chinesisch verfügbar und praktisch niemand sprach englisch. Als wir uns beschweren wollten, hiess es erst, der Chef sei im Krankenhaus, ein Tag später war er dann plötzlich 2 Monate in den Ferien und unser Anliegen war ihnen schlichtweg egal... Von diesem Resort ist abzuraten! Katastrophe.

Not the best stay.

Very bad condition in the rooms. Paint falling off the walls, the fan didn’t work and the swimming pool was closed. The staff was nice, but couldn’t do anything about it.

Passez votre chemin !

L’établissement a été racheté par des chinois. Pas d’eau dans la piscine, ni de chaise. Pas de mobilier extérieur pour profiter du patio. 1 seule personne parlant l’anglais (pour le mandarin pas de problème) Pas de café, ni de petit-déjeuner occidental. Literie bonne. Impossible de négocier car les photos ne correspondent pas à la prestation. Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits et sommes partis le lendemain (nous avons perdu les 2 nuits) Donc, passez votre chemin!

No water in pool, place very run down. Forget about food at hotel but a good place across the street. Staff nice but totally would NOT stay here again. Felt unsafe and bed was terrible. Not worth the money.

A perfect Plan B

We stayed here last minute as our original booking did not work out in Sihanoukville. It was out of our budget, but very lovely. The room was clean, had space for our things including shelves, toiletries were provided and the air conditioning was lovely. We dipped in to the pool in the morning before check out, it was very clean! The power went out while we were there for a short time, but hey... It's Cambodia!

1月1日から1月4日の3泊しました。Otres Beachはホテルを続々と建設中とはいえ正月はカンボジア人も遊びに来るので宿の空きは少なく、価格はかなり高めです。とはいえ、この部屋でこの値段はいくらなんでも高すぎます。エアコン、テレビ、セーフティボックスつきとはいえ、通常で2倍、ハイシーズンで3倍くらいの価格設定だと思います。泊まった部屋には冷蔵庫はついていませんでした。水は、1日あたり500mlペットボトル1～2本がついているのが普通という認識でしたがチェックインの時に350mlのペットボトル1本くれただけでした。あとはレセプションにある小さい冷蔵庫から1日1本を頂戴しました。ビールなどはその冷蔵庫に入れてもらいました。

Das Hotel ist ganz ok sauber aber der Rest ausbaufähig. Sehr hellhörig in den Zimmern. Personal bemüht. Mann sollte dort keine großen Ansprüche stellen. Außerdem ist zu sagen das es in meinen Augen kein Ort für Strandurlaub ist, da es dort sehr "alternativ" (Backpacker, Aussteiger und ähnliches) zu geht. Besser man nicht in Sihankoville direkt. Für 2 Nächte ok mehr würde ich am Ortes Beach nicht machen.

Ok, but would probably not stay again

Came to stay for a day just to relax after the Kerfuffle jungle rave. Was therefore a bit disappointed that the room didn't provide either bottled water or a fridge, as this was things that was listed in the room details. I'm not very picky, but I like to get what I'm promised at least. The first room I got had a clogged bathroom and was filled with water that smelled really bad. I asked to change the room and got another one. The room was ok, but not very clean. I got lots of sand under my feet from walking barefoot on the floor. The walls had visible stains, same with the remote controls, dirt in the drawers and the toilet brush was all brown and nasty. Comfy bed, good aircon and wifi.

Nice rooms, staff and right on the beach

Apart from Otres Beach Road 1 being a terrible dirt road leading to the hotels on that road, the Eolia Beach Hotel was quite modern, comfortable, clean and the staff were pleasant. The pool was also nice. There were good restaurants across the road right on the beach with the sound of softly breaking waves giving a pleasant, relaxed ambiance to a very laid back part of Sihanoukville. Otres Beach Road 1 is halfway between the airport and Sihanoukville and the $20US asked for by the taxis from the airport is a bit of a rip-off.

J ai beaucoup aimé cet endroit !! Aussi bien pour l accueil que pour la piscine , l emplacement , le confort de la chambre ... C est vraiment un très bon rapport qualité/prix C est un endroit où l on peut se détendre et apprécier ses vacances. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

hotel tranquille et le meilleur rapport qualité prix sur la plage d êtres 1 les chambres un peu petite sont propre et confortable et tres calme le restaurant est bon et vraiment pas cher compare au prix des paillottes sur les plages l ambiance kmer de l hotel est un plus, la réceptionniste parle le français c est un plus

Only thing we liked was the a/c in the room.

I'll start by saying that Otres Beach stole our hearts. But Eolia needs some help. We stayed for 4 nights. We had a bungalow right next to the pool but our door was so warped and damaged from humidity that it left a 3inch gaping hole at the top and sideif someone wanted to peep in on us it would be very easy to do. This also caused us to hear allllll the noises from the kids at the pool and anyone's conversation in the hotel grounds. Our shower was supposed to be a hot water shower with the heater on the wall but it never worked. We have used these many times with our travels in Asia so we understand the less pressure the more warmth. This was not the case here. There was NO WATER PRESSURE at all. It took 3x as long to shower because we literally had drops of water coming from the shower head. The services that were said to be offered in the folder in the room were not actually offered. (Laundry, scooter rental, booking ferry and minivan tickets) the receptionist just pointed us down the road. No name or recommendation just pointed. We also were here for Khmer new year so several places were closed or just halfway operational so I can understand why not many people in otres were excited to help tourists. (Who likes to work on a big holiday anyway). Despite the new year and lack of enthusiasm I still was disappointed in this place. We found many Other hostels and restaurants that still gave good service despite the holiday. Also, go to pappa pippo pizza! Won't regret it!

Good location, needs improvement.

The property is in overall fair condition. It has an amazing location on Otres beach. The staff was indifferent and absent, the rooms were in fair condition, the breakfast buffet was non-exisstent, and the beds had only 1 light bed sheet on them. While the pictures made it look romantic and charming, we did not want to spend anytime in the room.
