“We booked this hotel considering its good reviews, but it was not the nice place we expected.
The TV in our room was not working and when we asked about it we were told it was a problem with the signal and that it would be solved by 3-4 pm, by the next morning it was still not working and after asking again they told us that TV was not working.
The safe was not working either, they sent someone to check it and since it was not working they changed it but the other safe was left at our porch for...

“Alles großartig.
Leider stimmen die Fotos (auf Hotels.com und den hoteleigenen Infokanälen) vom Traumstrand nicht! Um dorthin zu kommen muss ein Paar 150,00 USD bezahlen! Der Strand war dann leider voller Plastikflaschen und anderem Müll.”

“Great location right in front of the ocean. Amazing rooms!!! Súper confortable bed!!! The only issue was that Expedia mentioned that there was an airport shuttle and that’s why I stayed here. However, the hotel does not offer that service.”

“My room was great with a balcony with view, well working internwt and amenities- my friend however had a cockroach infestation in his room so he had to switch to anotger building, which also had a small infeststion of roaches in the bathroom. His room alsl lost power during the night.”
