Perfect for a Girls' Trip to Siloam Springs!

We - 4 women - were in town for an art workshop and needed 4 beds. We were delighted to find that everything about the property was exactly as described. Super clean and organized - everything you could need. When we arrived the door code we were given had changed, but throughout our 4 night stay the management company was always a call/text away for questions/problems and responded promptly any time of the day or night. We were as much satisfied with our support as we were the property:) We talked about coming back later in the Spring and, if so, will very likely stay here again.

Very clean and homey

What a great home! We booked it last minute and the host was very easy to communicate with. We did have an issue with the entry lock during our stay but they always answered in a timely manner. It was well stocked, very comfortable, well laid out, easy check-in/check-out, and a great location! It was nice that the kitchen had basic spices and several items that most Vrbo homes do not include such as paper plates, Tupperware, foil, to mention a few. Although the backyard wasn't fancy, it was large and a great place for pets/children to get their wiggles out! I would highly recommend this home! We tried to book it again for a special event coming up but it was already booked! So sad!

Great stay

We needed a place while our house was being renovated. Gave us the stability of home for a week and met all the basics. Plus, the photo art in the home is amazing. Exceptionally well updated home. The owners put a lot into this. Kitchen utensils could have been a little better but that’s about it. Neighborhood was quiet, convenient and safe. Would definitely use again if ever had the need.

Wonderful home away from home

Beautiful surroundings, location close to everything, nice size house that had been updated. The yard was big and our dog had plenty of room to run and play. Our only negative was finding out at check-in that the management group did not allow a dog to be left unattended in the yard (in case it would bark) or in the house unless it was kenneled. We had to change our family plans to accommodate this because we do not kennel our dog and we had hoped to leave her outside for short amounts of time like to go out to dinner. I would suggest you keep this in mind if you book this house.

Thankful for ease

The location was perfect for our stay. The house was roomy and clean and exactly what we needed. The decor was well done. The wall art was amazing. The master bed was a little more firm for our preference but still comfy. The property manager thought through the details and made this stay easy for us. We will make a point to stay here every time we go if it’s available.

Super Nice Place and Location

Stayed a week on an unexpected trip due to a family emergency. Super clean, and nicely remodeled home in a nice neighborhood. A park is just around the corner. Highly recommended this home. Thank you 😊

Wonderful weekend

Our stay on Dogwood was more than wonderful. The location could not have been more perfect for the weekend events at JBU. The home was beautiful, open, updated and we all enjoyed our time that was spent in the home. We will be back for sure. The communication with the management company was top notch. Another fun and memorable time spent in Siloam Springs. Recommend this home to all.

Relaxing retreat

This remodeled ranch is not only beautiful, but so comfy and warm. Three good size bedrooms. Two large full baths. Open kitchen with island, beautiful appliances easy to cook and entertain. My husband and I along with my sister and her two college aged daughters stayed here for my son’s wedding. It was perfect! Recommend this luxurious home highly!!

This property is clean, cozy and comfortable. Well appointed and very close to JBU and a short walk to historic Siloam Springs. This property is as good as advertised. (There is not a gas grill provided for outdoor use but other than that, highly recommend!)

Clean and fancy

I was in town with my family for my son' graduation and were there for 3 nights .This house is beautiful! I loved the decorations, picture frames and the kitchen so fancy. I loved the idea of all the visible shelves for dishes, pans. The huge fridge, washer and dryer. Everything looks very new. The bed's very soft and comfortable bed sheets and everything very clean . Enough space to park if you have more then one family or more the 2 cars. The backyard is very big but empty, hopefully they can add a little nice patio set just to chill and maybe something to grill. I would definitely book again whenever I'm back into town to visit my family. originally I'm from Siloam springs, due to my husband being in the military we do travel a lot and I come home very often. Thank you for caring on having this place well clean and well equipped for anyone staying in. We definitely enjoyed our stay , peaceful and great to rest.
