The open kitchen on this floor is fully equipped and adjoins a dining table, while a flat-screen television adds a comfortable entertainment touch to the living area. A door leads directly from this level onto the balcony, which is furnished and offers a beautiful view of the mountains. The main floor also hosts 1 of the 2 sleeping areas, complete with a french bed. The 2 bathrooms are configured as a bath with WC and a separate shower with WC. On the upper floor, a gallery serves as the second sleeping area, also furnished with a french bed of the same dimensions. Please note that some sleeping areas, including the gallery, are located in an open-plan area rather than enclosed bedrooms. The apartment features elegant parquet floors throughout.
