The spacious 3-room flat (69 m2) is on the 1st floor. The living room and bedroom face south. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the plain to Lake Silvaplana, the balcony (glazed with sliding windows) offers an unobstructed view of Corvatsch, Furtschellas and Margna and invites you to read, chat or relax.The flat is furnished for four people. It is fully equipped with household goods and linen. WLAN Internet, satellite TV, radio, shower, ski room and a heated garage are available. A sauna (for a small fee) and children's playroom are available in the building. If you walk out of the front door, you are immediately on hiking trails or the cross-country ski run. In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl. Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or sledge down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

If you want to go higher, you will find a variety of hiking and mountain tours on the local mountain, Furtschellas. And a trip on Lake Sils with Europe's highest scheduled boat is a particularly impressive way to enjoy the mountain scenery.


Sils is also a perfect starting point for winter hikes and cross-country skiing tours through the expanse of frozen lakes, which nestles snugly against the local mountain, Furtschellas. From here, you can quickly get even higher up - to Corvatsch with the highest mountain station in the Eastern Alps (3303 metres above sea level). And from there, 120 pretty sporty kilometres of pistes lead back down into the valley.
