“Mala comunicacion y trato grosero por parte de recepcion. Nunca supieron brindar indicaciones adecuadas y al salir terminaron cobrando 200 Euros, por no brindar la información CORRECTA. ”

Disappointed that the web site did not state that the restaurant was breakfast only, no evening meals. The bathroom was poorly designed with the bidet so close to the door, that it's difficult to walk straight into the room. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary.
