We were unable to unload and prepare for the event we were there for.Once we did return, the beds seemed clean as did the towels, and the inside of the house.The house was really a nice house, newly remodeled but not in a good location. At the time of the rental, three run down houses near it were for sale. The beds were really cheap and uncomfortable. The mattress in the master bed was too soft and springy. “The first two days of our stay we did not have electricity. City came out to inspect twice and found no problems on their end, and then an electrician came and resolved issues. After electricity came on the stay was nice. Management company didn’t offer anything for inconvenience. ”
