The property was good! Right by the Colorado river; nice if you want to sit and read outside. The only commentary I have is that the place has one window a/c unit, so it takes a while to cool down if the door is opened and closed a lot.

Cozy cabin, great outdoor and indor space. Very relaxing and quiet. Close to ski lifts, town. Great restaurant 3min away, only issue cabin needs cleaning

Our stay was amazing; the cabin was spotless and very welcoming. It had a very cozy vibe to it, and they provided us with everything we could need - coffee, water bottles, and bathroom supplies. Loved looking outside the back door and seeing the river. We also got a nice visit from some very sweet doggies!

Super nice little cabins. Parking close to front door if you have allot of gear. Loved sitting on the swinging bench out backHad to change itinerary last minute and host was very accommodating.

Great property, hot tub was ready and awesome. Beautiful area by the water. Plenty if amenities with a rustic cabin vibe. Easy to get to and not far from Glenwood Springs. Only downside which honestly wasn’t a big deal, just a surprise, was someone’s laundry was left in the washer and dryer. Otherwise we loved this place and would love to come back again. Host was always helpful and quick to respond too.

We absolutely loved the cabin! There was a magical feel about the whole stay. We had everything we needed. Even a crockpot and seasonings! From the fireplace and sitting place right outside on the Patio to the cabins aesthetics. We had the very best time away here and feel rested. We will be back to stay again in the future!

Everything was amazing! I had so much peace sitting next to the river and floating around too. Only con was the neighbors dogs not leaving us alone.

Outdated/Misleading Listing

The setting of this property next to the Colorado River was nice and the ripple of the water at the current was relaxing. On the negative side, the beds were uncomfortable, the interior was duaty/dirty, the A/C is a single window unit
