“Absolutely lovely property on a quiet residential street in Pasadena. It’s a guest house behind a main house. Often these feel like converted garages, which I hate, but this property felt like a proper guest house with its own outdoor garden space.Excellent communication and instructions from the host/manager. No issues getting into the property and locking up at night. LOVE the area by the door to remove shoes and put on the provided house slippers. Just like home! Ample street parking right in...

“Our host KK was wonderful! Communication was great, check in/out was easy, and our rental was spotless! The rental was in walking distance from Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, as well as a number of restaurants. We were assigned a parking spot and were even given a guest parking pass for our adult daughter to use when she visited. I would recommend this rental without hesitation and would gladly stay again when visiting our daughter in LA. Thanks KK for a wonderful stay! ”

“The little cottage was very clean and in a great location. Would definitely stay again. For us there weren't any paper products except TP. Tissues or paper towels would have been welcome. Also, the bed is quite soft, but it just added to the snuggles. ”

“stay was great and location was amazing - the road that the house is in is extremely wide. great distance to all parts of LA, if you have a car. was hoping the fireplace worked but it is currently being fixed. backyard was a great amenity for grilling and hanging out. the washer/dryer seems a bit outdated and didn't wash our laundry loads too well (had to run the cycle twice). otherwise, an amazing stay and definitely recommend.”
