Amazing cabin in the woods

This property was exactly as advertised. It is spacious, well appointed, and within a 10 minute drive of Loveland ski resort. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

perfect location to everything we wanted! Hiking, rafting, biking ,etc. Great communication with the property manager as well!

Beautiful Home and Great Location

My family and I had a wonderful trip! This house was lovely inside and out. We enjoyed sledding in the yard and it was only 7 miles from Loveland Ski Area. I would definitely recommend this rental to anyone looking for a very comfortable home with beautiful views that it is close to a great ski resort.

Awesome property and views in Silver Plume

Great views, very clean log house property that we made as our base for recent ski trip. Place had great views of mountains. Easily accessible. Quick 10 minute drive to nearest ski place Loveland Ski. Overall we were really pleased about our stay and recommend highly.

Our family of two elders, our son, his teenage daughter and 13 year old son had the best time ever! The cabin is easily accessible and in a very scenic location. The cabin is beautiful, clean and so very comfortable with all the necessities provided. The hosts are awesome, we thank you so much for allowing us to share your beautiful home!

Perfect Get Away

Beautiful home and property with a lot of area to play in the snow. Extremely clean and well stocked to make it a perfect home away from home. Communication with owners was also excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Cozy and charming

Host was very responsive was always easy to reach and answer all questions. The house is an older home with a lot of warmth and charm. The outdoor porches were lovely to sit on and drink your coffee in the morning. Easy access to interstate 70 with lots of hiking and outdoor activities within a short distance.

Mountain getaway

This cabin was very cozy and clean. The kids got to sled down the hill in the yard and play in the snow. It was only 10 minute drive to the Georgetown loop railroad.

Ski trip

Very nice location if skiing at Loveland. Beautiful secluded setting but you do hear the interstate some. Did not bother us at all. Would hear more in summer. If that doesnt bother you then its a nice place to stay. Our kids especially enjoyed the pool table.Host was very responsive and the house was clean.Our

Perfect Getaway to Play in the Snow

Our family had a great time staying at Silver Plume Mountain Haven. The house was spacious and fully stocked with all that we needed. The hosts were also awesome with their communication. Extremely Clean! Our favorite part was that we didn't need to go anywhere to play in the snow or sled. The land around the house is ideal for a great time in the snow!

The Perfect Stay!

Cindy's place in Silver Plume was everything we could have hoped for! She even has an old record player from 1918 that we absolutely LOVED listening to records on. 10 minutes from Loveland ski area, 10 minutes to Georgetown for some good eats, and a fully equipped kitchen if you want to stay in. Thank you for having us!

We will definitely be back!

This property was absolutely amazing. True to the photos on line, it is a lovely, spacious home, dropped into an idyllic mountain setting. It's close to the highway, so access to restaurants and attractions in Georgetown, as well as Idaho Springs. It's a quick drive to hiking in Guanella Pass, but we spent one who day just hiking in the "back yard" of this location. The host was accessible, friendly, and gracious. We will definitely return.

Wonderful Cabin--saw a moose!

This was a wonderful cabin on several acres. We explored just a little bit around the property. This cabin worked great for the 6 of us plus a baby. I really appreciated that there was a pack-and-play and a high chair available, so we didn't have to pack those in the car. Several of our group wanted to spend time outside reading, and the wraparound deck was perfect for that. The host was very receptive and available for questions. The highlight of our stay was that we were in the living room hanging out and a moose passed by the bay window! What a treat! Some people mentioned that you can hear the highway, but only if the windows are open. The property is situated where it is somewhat secluded and was built so it faces away from any roads. We visited Georgetown, Idaho Springs, Dillon and Frisco. It's a great spot. Check out the Plume Coffee Shop while you are there. Overall we had a great time. Thank you!

Wife said Best winter cabin ever, I agree!

What made it so great? Location made it easy to get in and out to get there first day, get to Quandary Peak for a hike next day, and relax all day after the hike! The cabin itself was really clean, private (no nearby visible neighborhoods), and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool table which is in great condition: level, placed in room with plenty of space, pool sticks in good condition (straight)…we aren’t pros but like it when everything is in order (chaulk, bridge, etc). And then a huge mountain in the back; not sure the name but awesome! The stars at night were so bright and we saw the most beautiful falling star/meteor the last night! I will note that we could hear traffic noise from interstate but it didn’t bother us at all. I highly recommend this cabin!

Awesome home!

From Start to finish we had a wonderful time at this property! The house was stocked with everything you need to make meals and the yard was great to play yard games. There are also trails near by that you can explore. We will definitely be back!

Lovely home with everything you want/need for your stay. Also loved the location near I-70 that enables easy access to hiking, Gray's Peak, and other activities along the west corridor.
