“House was very clean. Some shampoo… some soap and toothpaste supplied. Kitchen supplies…condiments , clothes detergent, toilet paper… you will need to buy. For any home in Villages… it would be good to better understand the golf cart paths… give more instruction. We used the maps app on our phone and put in for 🚲 since carts and bike paths are shared in The Villages. It took a a day or two to figure that out… not all roads are golf cart friendly. Mark was great about switching out the bikes...

“The location has everything you need for a training session in-house with a couple of employees. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, location is near shopping and restaurants, I'll stay again. The only thing I would suggest that the host change is adding a roll of paper towels to the kitchen.”

“This was a great place to stay with lots of amenities very close. The neighbors were very nice and welcoming. The home was very clean and had evrything you could possibly need. We even had a visitor twice while we were down there, a little frog found his way into the house. He was easily removed and caused no harm. When we had a tire problem with the golf cart the emergency service cart people handled it without any problems and the owner was very quick to respond. I would highly reccomend...

The house had everything we needs and was very clean and well organized. When messaging the owner she responded right away. We are already talking about our next visit staying here again. The house was very clean and comfortable and in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to Spanish Springs Square, golf courses, pools, restaurants and grocery stores. “The bed was not made the mattress cover was more then disgusting a blanket as thin as the sheets I had to put on the nasty bed bath tub was dirty toilet dirty full can of trash in the bathroom kitchen counters had stuff smeared all over them floors didn't look like they had been cleaned or swept in a very long time 1/2 roll of tp very disappointed the lake was great very pretty but would not rent one of those places again I took some pic but the bed was nasty!!!!!”
