  • The Blue River runs through the backyard of this 3BR/3BA Silverthorne condo (sleeps 8). With skiing, fishing, and outlet shopping nearby, SilverBourne is the perfect mountain retreat. Hit the slopes or explore neighboring towns via free bus service!

    INSIDE THE HOUSE

    Drop your gear in the convenient ground-level ski and bike storage, and climb to the second-floor entrance of this end unit condo. Inside, a tiled hallway leads past the washer and dryer and into a bright open-concept kitchen, living and dining area. The space is warm and inviting with modern dark wood trim, high-vaulted ceilings and radiant heat in the hardwood floors.

    The tiled kitchen boasts granite countertops and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including an oven and four-burner gas range with a center griddle. Sip morning coffee at a large breakfast bar for four, or enjoy a full meal at the six-person dining table.

    Unwind on the leather sectional and warm up by the gas fireplace after a day on the mountain. Catch up on your favorite TV shows or movies on the 60” flat-screen TV.

    Take in the beauty of the majestic mountains without even leaving home. A back door leads to a private balcony perched above the rolling Blue River, with breathtaking views of the surrounding snow-capped range.

We were very happy with the property. Our only concern is that there is the smell of gas. We don’t use any appliances except the microwave and coffee pot, so not sure where the smell is coming from. We did start the dishwasher when we left.

Nice location

Beautiful location, conveniently located across from Target. Sadly there was a lot of construction happening right next door which dampened the mood. Some of the cleaning items e.g. vacuum and sweeper were unusable. We replaced the sweeper. Apart from that, nice place.

Conveniently located, great family space with comfortable beds

Super easy to get from this rental to many different ski spots. Right off of the main road but surprisingly quiet with beautiful view of a stream running through back of the property. As noted elsewhere, rugs and some of the kitchen items are well-used and might benefit from an update but that didn't interfere at all with our use. Great spot for a short getaway.

Beautiful condo, easy access to interstate with many local restaurants and skiing

Great spot if you are going to move around to different ski resorts. Very accessible to Copper, Keystone, A-Basin, etc.,. Nice assortment of local shopping, grocery stores, dining. Nice layout that lends itself to family or group travel. Comfortable beds, good kitchen for when you want to cook in.

Wonderful ski condo!

Stayed here with my husband and daughters as we skied Loveland. Very well stocked and comfortable. Excellent location, very clean. The ceiling fan didn’t work in the master bedroom but that was very minor and didn’t bother our stay at all. We have already booked this condo again for next year!

Beautiful Property

This condo looks right over the Blue River and it is absolutely amazing. I wish the lighting in the bedrooms was better. I would love to rebook this condo in the summer to enjoy the river. I do think the condo needs a deep cleaning under the furniture. When we arrived the back door was wide open which caused the condo to be super cold, I contacted the properly managers and they responded quickly. I also let them know the light switch in the first downstairs room worked part time.

Great stay!

We were in town for a wedding in Silverthorne and this was the perfect stay for our group! The condo was spacious for our group of 7, and it was across the street from a target. The unit was clean when we arrived. We’d recommend this condo for anyone looking to stay in Silverthorne, CO!

Wonderful home!

The convenience of the location was great. The living areas and bedrooms were exactly what we needed, comfy couch and beds! The Blue River outside was wonderful to listen too 24/7. The views are great. No issues with parking at all. Overall a wonderful experience, other than the kitchen!

Great Location, Beautiful Condo & View Of The Blue River

We loved our stay at this condo! It's beautiful and just as pictured. The view of the river is fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed having the windows opened and being able to hear it our entire stay. There is a walking path along a short length of condos on the same side and a short walk gets you to a much longer trail on the other side of the river. The area is growing and there were plenty of easily accessible, good restaurants and stores that could be walked or driven to if desired. It's also a great location to get to multiple hikes, views, and other towns to explore. There is a lot of construction going on all around the unit, but the river drowned out most of that noise and we appreciated the posted quiet hours that everyone seemed to honor. We hope to return some day!

Not the best but just okay

Location is good but this property is overpriced for what it is. We have stayed multiple times in many other similarly priced properties around Silverthorne and Keystone: this is the first time we felt the property was lacking things (cooking utensils, toilet paper, drinking glasses, good WiFi). I won’t return to this property.
