We stayed here to ski at Keystone. We enjoy staying in Silverthorne as it's close to the resort and has great dining nearby. Overall, the place had good appeal, convenience as is provided necessary items (paper towels, sponge, lotion, etc., and it was cleaner than other vrbo's. The bathroom floor wasnt clean in the very corners, which is why it received fewer stars for cleanliness. The heated floors are excellent for our sinuses but horribly uncomfortable as the temperature stayed at 80 degrees unless windows were open. The river was georgous, though. We love staying by the river!

We loved the location and view right next to the Blue River. The only problem we had is getting the TV to work properly. We finally got it done. Also there was no frying pan, which I really needed, since l like to cook. We would come back. We also enjoyed the hot tub every day, always by ourselves.

The property process from the management company was good. The best part of the property was the patio & view of the river. The living area and kitchen were quite nice. We found the temperature in the unit to be quite warm and a constant fan blowing in the main bathroom. Really warm no flow for air.The main bathroom had a left over bar of soap under the counter.. the rugs in both bathrooms were dirty.If we were charged for cleaning we should get some type of compensation as the bathrooms were not that clean. Another thing… there were no window coverings in the living room kitchen area, didn’t really like that as well. Bedrooms too close together. Probably will not choose this unit again.

Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay at the condo and LOVE the creek out the back door. Everything was clean, the kitchen was very usable (had all the utensils and cookware we needed), and our hosts communicated very well. It got warm in the unit, but with opening windows and fans, we were able to cool things off to a fairly comfortable temperature. Would recommend!

Great location and a beautiful view!

A beautiful location and just the right size for my family. The property is on a trail (and the Blue River) so lots of people walking by. It would be nice if there were window coverings over the sliding doors and large window that face it for a little privacy. There were a few shower and coffee pot issues. Also a blender is always nice to have!

Overall good stay, nice unit on the ground floor with good parking right outside. Nice to have boot/glove dryer to use after a day skiing. Hot tub was a short walk away and rarely occupied. Unit is warm. We kept the heat off and opened windows mid february to sleep, otherwise it was over 70 degrees in the unit.

Overall, great apartment in a great location

Overall, this was a great apartment. It is a nice unit in a great location, very conveniently located in Silverthorne. I would knock points off for the management company. We were given a code to check in, but the keypad lock was broken. I was not able to get them to respond to my text messages (as I had been instructed) so I had to call the office in order to get help getting into the unit. Not a great way to start a vacation. I was also disappointed at the very small amount of very cheap toiletries that we were provided, we ended up just going to buy some to use. Minor complaints overall, but also they feel they're worth mentioning

Amazing

Clean, orderly, everything we needed was there. The sound of the river is so peaceful we loved the fireplace. The kitchen was accommodating. We all slept great. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually very comfortable. Property management was very good at communication. We will likely come back, such an amazing experience for our family.

Elopement Getaway

Condo by the river, annoying alarm

Well equipted and very comfortable. Modern with a nice large kitchen. Large comfortable bed and a nice master bath. If you are looking for privacy, this isnt the place as there are no blinds on the windows facing the kitchen / living room. So folks walking by or even rafting down the river can see you. We also had to deal with a community issue with a loud alarm coming from a closet across from the front door. The alarm went off and lasted until someone, always me, had to go in and hit the reset button. We could only reset the alarm for 24 hours so this persisted each day throughout our stay. When we asked about the alarm we were told it was a known issue and there was nothing that can be done. We would have appreciated a heads up prior to our arrival since this was a known issue.
