Spot on place

Group ski trip

The property was very clean and spacious. A little to far from the slopes especially when dealing with the traffic from the folks from Denver coming in. Traffic can turn a 20 minute drive to Keystone into an hour and half drive. The heat was very touchy. Was either burning up or freezing cold. Other than those minor things the property was great for 8 grown adults.

Spacious house. Nice location.

This house was very convenient for us. Overall we had a great and comfortable stay but we have some comments: All three exterior doors didn’t latch appropriately and needed repair. The TV’s streaming platform was so ancient and slow that it was basically unusable, so we weren’t able to watch tv. The internet worked fine though. The dishwasher filter was partially clogged with scum, and we had to clean it.

Poor customer service

The pictures of the property were exactly as mentioned. It was a lovely place to stay with enough room for 7ppl. Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi did not work 3/7 days that we were staying, which means TV was also not working. When we called for assistance to the property company, they said someone would be coming out to look at it. But after 3 days and after we checked out, there was still no resolution. We were told we would be reimbursed for our inconvenience. But no refunds were given.

Gross negligence. Stay at your own risk.

The house itself was nice and in a great location, but unfortunately, our experience was completely overshadowed by serious safety concerns and the property management’s unacceptable response. While staying at this rental, we noticed a strong gas odor when using the oven. We immediately reported it, but management dismissed our concerns, insisting that some odor was normal. We explained that the smell was excessive and that we were experiencing symptoms consistent with carbon monoxide exposure, yet they still refused to send anyone to check on the unit. After we were forced to investigate the matter on our own, we discovered that the housekeeping staff had covered the oven’s bottom vents with foil (where it clearly says not to do so), blocking proper combustion—an extremely dangerous and negligent oversight. When we attempted to follow up with management, we were met with silence. After calling, we were told someone would get back to us by the end of the day. That day was Wednesday, and by Saturday, we still had not received any response. Aside from this major issue, the home itself was nice, though the couches were uncomfortable. However, no amount of comfort or aesthetics can make up for the complete disregard for guest safety that we experienced. We are extremely disappointed in this company’s negligence and lack of accountability. Rent at your own risk.

Alpine Getaway is a great place to stay

This is the second time we have stayed at this wonderful home and will definitely stay there again. It provides everything we need and love the location on the mountain. There were 7 members of my family there and the home provided more than plenty of space for us all. Also, We were so excited to see 3 deer (bucks) in the backyard one morning, and being close to Dillon Lake was just great.

Great Experience!

Home is exactly what you need for a stay in Colorado. Home is within 5 minutes of shopping centers, places to eat, ski rental also found a target and Walmart within 10 minutes! You are able to park in the garage which was great because on our arrival the weather was crazy high winds and very cold. So we were able to unload our kids and take them inside through the garage. Home is open concept, with plenty of space to cook and have a good time to entertain guess. Plenty of blankets stored around the home so you will always be kept warm. Home is stalked with everything you need, plenty of towels, paper towels, plenty cooking ware and eating ware. Overall we would definitely stay again.

Great stay! Beautiful living space, terrible beds

This was a wonderful getaway for us and our friends! We stayed two nights, and loved the big table, beautiful and well stocked kitchen! The beds were very uncomfortable and well loved. Wherever you started you wound up sliding to the middle of the bed and bring your own pillows! But we loved the ample sleeping accommodations! Could sleep all of our friends no problem. Thanks for a wonderful weekend!

Wished the home was our own!

The Alpine Getaway home was so beautiful, comfortable, spacious & hard to leave. Perfect area to drive to beautiful Breckenridge, Frisco & even Vail. We're looking forward to staying there again next year!

Weekend Getaway

I loved the decor of the rental and the little sunroom. It looked great online but the beds were pretty uncomfortable for our family, which has members with back trouble. Also, the floor was very creaky, making every step from people on the main level very loud from the basement rooms. Very cute decor though and nice variety of board games. Loved the large kitchen table and garage access. Would have preferred lock box directly on the unit rather than having an offsite office to check in/out. Also, there was no cable do we were unable to watch the local football game as we had planned.

Overall we had a good experience and enjoyed the home. Kitchen, dining and living area was really nice. Very nice location and neighborhood. Laundry room and equipment needs improvement. Mattresses are quite saggy.

Great holiday, great home

Really nice and clean home, only suggestion would be fans upstairs as it gets really hot in the daytime in the summer, but this is only a suggestion, certainly not a criticism. Very nice place to stay when visiting the beautiful area.

The kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking kitchenware! Nice, clean, modern home. The only thing that was missing was heavy comforters and heavy blankets in bedrooms downstairs. Froze. Heater was difficult to manage. boiling hot upstairs, cold downstairs, even with thermostat. Great home otherwise. If owner could stock with warm blankets downstairs problem would be solved.

Great central location

This condo is as billed. Main floor living area is nicely updated and comfortable. Could easily have two families share condo if kids double up in bunk room. Property has easy access to I-70 and all ski resorts in summit county as well as vail and beaver creek. Great location if you want to hop around the resorts.

Great Home

We were very impressed from the very first step inside this home. Slept 7 comfortably and was well stocked with towels and kitchen utensils. Never ran out of hot water and enough room for everyone. Nice and bright with lots of windows. We had two large vehicles and neither would fit into garage which wasn't that big of a deal for us as were able to park both in the driveway. Nice to have a garage to store all of our ski gear without having to bring inside.
