    In case you haven’t heard, Silverthorne is the new “it” spot in Summit County: a revamped downtown area, exciting new shops and dining options, and beautiful new lodging choices like this riverfront condo! There are plenty of hiking and biking trails nearby, as well as world-class fly fishing on the Blue River – or book a tee time at the Raven Three Peaks golf course just down the road. And in the winter, all of Summit County’s ski areas are within 15 miles. This is the place you and your group have been looking for!

    River West Ptarmigan Peak Condo is a beautifully appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom premium townhome that’s perfect for up to six people. The living area is filled with natural light from big windows overlooking the Blue River there’s also a gas fireplace and a huge flat-screen TV for relaxing after the day’s mountain adventure. There’s also a bar with a mini fridge and drink-making gear. Then, step out onto the patio and watch the river flow by. The beautiful modern kitchen features marble counters, high-end Café brand appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks or memorable holiday meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for four at the counter.

    The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Absolutely, the number one reason why we liked our stay was the location on the river! So soothingly and beautiful. The property was clean and well equipped with what we needed for our 5/day visit. Checking in and out very efficient and smooth.

This is a beautiful condo with a riverside patio. Inside and out this place was very well kept. The condo is on the ground floor with no steps ready to get around. Convenient location to our favorite steakhouse - The Mint! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here!

The location was great. The property was exactly as listed, super clean, and perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the back patio and listening to the river while we had our morning coffee. The access to the walking trail was great too.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. This property was perfect in all ways. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.

Great location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was very centrally located. We loved being right along the edge of the Blue River. We had two things happen while we were there and management handled them in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend or relative. The Blue Market was a favorite place of ours to eat. The condo was not as clean as we would’ve liked. The coffeemaker was very dusty and it seemed like the floors were just vacuumed, not mopped. My husband went barefoot one time from the bathroom to the kitchen and back again...when he stepped on the mat, he left a very dirty footprint. I’d also like see different pots and pans. Those that were there were not in a good condition. Overall we enjoyed our time there, just needs a few tweaks!

Silverthorne Ski Stay

The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities.
