LUXURY APARTMENT VISTA PANORAMICA WITH MAGNIFICENT SEA VIEW DIRECTLY BY THE SEA

  • The Vista Panoramica flat is situated right on the beachfront, just a few metres from the lovely seafront promenade in Armação de Pera. This flat is on the 9th floor and offers beautiful sea views.

The living room opens onto the kitchen. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and has its own dining area.
From the living room, you step straight out onto the lovely balcony with sea views. From the double bedroom, you also have a wonderful sea view and access to a small balcony. The modern bathroom is fitted with a shower. Like all our flats, it features high-speed fibre-optic internet, satellite TV (including all German channels) and MEO TV (100 Portuguese channels, with some series and films available in the original English), as well as air conditioning. There is currently a building site nearby, and construction noise may be heard during the day. The prices have therefore already been reduced by 20 per cent.

A free garage space is also available for your use.

You simply need to cross the road to reach the most beautiful beaches in Armação de Pera. After just a 2-minute walk, you’ll find yourself at the start of the pedestrianised area.

We’re happy to provide a cot and high chair free of charge on request

The monthly rate in winter includes 2 interim cleanings.

5 Star Accommodations !

We loved out stay! Alex & Karin were very accommodating and take pride in their home. They have furnished their home with all great quality stuff. Anything we needed they had. The View and location was just perfect! Short walk to the beach and the heart of all the activities. Best of all Armacao de Pera people were welcoming and always ready with a warm smile.
