Villa Boa Vida is an elegant, modern villa with sea views, built in 2023. With approximately 240 m² of living space on a 700 m² plot, it is perfect for up to 8 guests. Ideal for families or groups looking for a wonderful holiday on the Algarve, just 450 meters from the beach and sea.



The spacious living and dining area is uniquely designed, perfect for gatherings with family or friends. On the ground floor, you’ll find two of the four suites: one with two single beds and en-suite shower room, and another with a double bed and en-suite shower room. There is also a separate guest WC for your comfort.



Upstairs are two more suites, both with private shower rooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy for all guests. The kitchen is fully and modernly equipped (two fridge-freezers, stove, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, etc.).



The villa features six smart TVs. Outside, you can enjoy a heated infinity pool (solar-powered), a barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space. In addition to the central lounge area, there are more seating options under the palm trees, so even larger groups can spend their evenings just as they wish – perfect for relaxing hours and sociable get-togethers.
