The villa can accommodate up to 10 guests. However, the current listing allows bookings for up to 8 guests. For groups larger than 8 guests, an additional fee will apply per extra guest.If you need a baby crib during your stay, please let us know in advance. This service is available upon request for an additional fee of $40 per stay, and we will gladly have it ready for your arrival. Minimum stay: The standard minimum stay is 7 nights. However, shorter stays of 5 nights may be accepted upon request, depending on availability. Stays under 5 nights are not permitted. A $500 security deposit will be pre-authorized on your credit card 1 day before arrival. It is not charged unless damage is reported. The hold will be released automatically within 3 days after check-out.
