This is our second time staying in this unit and wouldw happily stay again! Great balcony with amazing views. Spacious, clean and a short walk to so many restaurants and bars. Great communication with host. Only improvement would be upgrading the mattress and pillows.

Great place, great location

We had a very easy check-in process and directions were very clear. Upon opening the storm shutters, we were immediately overwhelmed with the view from the condo. The condo it self is very nicely furnished, but the view and the balcony...wow! This location is perfect!! We almost always had the pool AND beach to ourselves. We found several nice shells just at the water's edge. We ate at several local places, and they were all great. We visited Phillipsburg, Marigot Market, Chez Fernand Bakery (yum!), and Fort St Louis, Maho Beach and Mullet Bay Beach, and Rainforest Adventure. Two of three of us did the Flying Dutchman. What a thrill! On our last day we drove all the way around the island - there are some steep roads! We throughly enjoyed our trip. I hope to return one day and I would definitely stay here again. Thank you!!ps. Yes, right now there is construction next door from very early in the morning. The owner was very upfront about this and even sent a reminder to make sure we were aware. We were not bothered by the noise and some days were busier than others.

Great Family Vacay Spot!

My family (F40, M39, M12, F73, M63) had a great time in the Encanto. This was our first trip to SXM and we had a TIME! Property location seems a little drab when you first arrive but the people here are so welcoming so we felt completely safe. Walked the neighborhood several times and never had any problems. Condo was clean and spacious. Could have fit 1 more person in here comfortably. Property manager stopped by when we arrived and gave us great tips and recommendations. Ocean just outside the condo was great for snorkeling- saw several types of fish and a barracuda! Pool was clean and outdoor space was well shared by all guests. Used the grill on the balcony for NYE dinner. 10/10 would recommend!

FANTASTIC PROPERTY AND LOCATION

Far exceeded our expectations. Property was large, beautiful and spotless. Literally steps (just beyond the pool) to a long, empty beach with warm blue water. We took several walks each day to local markets and restaurants. The Simpson Bay area is a perfect blend of the native scene, but with tourist amenities.

Great place

This is a wonderful place to stay. We had stayed in this condo complex about 10 years ago and had a great time. When we looked at going to st Maarten for a vacation we were pleasantly surprised we had an opportunity to stay in this complex again. It is on a great beach overlooking great sunsets. The pool is nice and quiet and you can go thru a gate right onto the beach for a walk or swim or snorkel. It’s on Simpson bay and we would walk a block to go to the restaurants surrounding us, bars, and a bakery in the mornings. The unit was great, clean, and quiet. It was as advertised. I would highly recommend staying here. If we go to st Maarten again we will definitely check to see if this place is available.

A wonderful condo on a beautiful beach!

My husband and I just returned from two weeks at SXM and had the best stay! This was our fifth visit to SXM and this condo unit and location were by far the absolute best of all! The unit is on the third floor of the building (there’s an elevator but we only used it when we arrived and left with our luggage) with a double-wide balcony which provides amazing views of Simpson Bay, including spectacular sunsets! Our daily routine was to have coffee on one of the loungers, then go for a 3-mile walk on the Simpson Bay beach, looking for shells and watching cruise ships and other boats come and go. We ate breakfast and lunch on the balcony, and watched beautiful sunsets before going out for dinner. This unit is so roomy – two big bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms, a big kitchen with island, dining room/table that seats six, and a living room with two couches. The walk-in shower felt so good after a day at the beach. A washer and dryer were available so we could do laundry and bring fewer clothes. The unit had beach chairs, a beach bag, snorkel equipment, pool noodles (the pool and loungers are right below the unit and are secure with a locked gate, so convenient and safe!). The building is very safe and secure and provides a security guard 6pm-6am – Samuel was the best, so friendly, and we truly enjoyed chatting with him every evening. The condo is walking distance to Welfare Road where there are so many great restaurants and bars. We loved walking to the Simpson Bay Bridge and watching the fancy yachts come and go through. The assigned parking space right by the door was also nice. Communication with the property owners and property manager was prompt. We’d definitely stay in this unit again!

Lovely condo close to everything

Very nice and spacious condo with gorgeous view. Both beds were so comfortable. Huge patio/balcony with view of Simpson Bay. Pool was clean and just steps from beach. Hosts and managers communication was outstanding when we had questions or concerns. The unit does need a few more items such as a blow dryer, soap, more face, hand and bath towels. Majority of kitchen items they do have for cooking. Condo is close to everything from groceries to dining.
