Everything listed about the place was very accurate. What a beautiful property and will be recommending all my family and friends to book this property. Most definitely will be back for another stay soon. The owners were very responsive and offered many tidbits about were to eat and explore.

Great, beachfront vacation condo. Has everything you need and only a few steps to a very nice beach. Close to many good restaurants that you can walk to also.

This was the perfect location for our vacation base. The views of the beach and bay from the living room/kitchen were fantastic, and being on the ground floor made it so easy for our kids to go to and from the beach and pool as much as they'd like. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked dinner a few nights as well as breakfasts and some lunches, never lacking any equipment. The apartment was spotless on our arrival. Thank you for a great week!

Our third time to this condo. On Ground floor, 5 steps down to sidewalk, 5 steps to the beach. Off season so not busy but surrounding restaurants can be very busy. Condo was clean and comfortable. Can be very noisy with party restaurants across the street. Our biggest issues were dryer takes a long time and refrigerator light burned out on last day. Hosts emailed a welcome to us at arrival and told us about noise. Very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again. Just so convenient to everything.

This was a magical vacation and our accommodations could not have been better. Clean, roomy, perfect for our family of 4. Short walk to a small grocery store to stick our fridge. Central location to a number of wonderful restaurants and activities. And best of all, the beach right at our doorstep. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, very easy process. A 10/10!!

Excellent property! Well maintained and excellent staff. We've been coming to St Maarten for almost 40 years, and this is one of our favorites. Easy access to both Simpson Bay restaurants as well as the beach. Love the swim up bar!

St Martin paradise

We stayed at the property for a week, 2 bedroom with ocean feet from the door. Great location to get to all parts of the island.

Beautiful place to stay

Enjoyed eating at all the local restaurants and enjoying the pool bar. Played volleyball on the beach, met new friends. Overall great experience
