“We had a problem, as there was a noice in our room, reason because we were three nights without sleeping. ”

“I booked the studio apartment room through Expedia and checked in around midnight after a long travel. Check in was long and my room smelled very strange. My shower didn’t have hot water and the staff tried to fix it twice. The washer/dryer combo shrunk some of my clothes so I switched to the communal free laundry service and the machines smelled as if they had never been cleaned. The “co working space” was OK when the internet was working but the staff and guests would continually walk through...

“Great location, conveniently right next to the MTR (metro) and shopping centre. Decent gym and great lap pool, super breakfast staff, and good size rooms. However, inconsistent cleaning (no cleaning on Sundays, serious problem with drain flies - hundreds of them in bathroom) and unacceptable maintenance schedule (cleaner literally came any time between 9am and 5pm, and unable to schedule work in room for two days, as cable replacement service was scheduled at an unspecified time slot)....

“Pool was great! The pool area needs a pressure wash & new pool chairs, loungers& new towels. In the room the bedding sheets & cover were stained. Hard to get warm or hot water. Having a washer was great! A full couch would be nice. Breakfast was okay nothing special. Doorman was good & the housekeeper we had was friendly. Location was good. Grocery store beside was very nice. But not sure we would return to this hotel apartment. ”
