“I would not recommend this place for anyone who is used to North American hotels. The walls are thin and you can hear either the street noise very clearly to the point that the bed will shake from the noise or you will hear others in other rooms. Also the rooms are very small which is hard to manage if you have a big suitcase.”

“Great location, conveniently right next to the MTR (metro) and shopping centre. Decent gym and great lap pool, super breakfast staff, and good size rooms. However, inconsistent cleaning (no cleaning on Sundays, serious problem with drain flies - hundreds of them in bathroom) and unacceptable maintenance schedule (cleaner literally came any time between 9am and 5pm, and unable to schedule work in room for two days, as cable replacement service was scheduled at an unspecified time slot)....

“Our stay here for the week was really great, exceptional greeting and service from the staff from the moment we arrived, very attentive. The rooms were very clean and cleaned daily (apart from the weekend) It had everything we needed for our stay.. we didn't need the cooking facilities but the washing machine was very handy (you do need to byo detergent though) Close walk to the Somerset train station, food and many shopping centres.. also a very handy little supermarket just underneath.
