MASTER BEDROOM: Features a king bed with cottons sheets, classic coastal style furniture, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, and a walk in closet. There is one rolling cot in the closet available for sleeping - it is a single bed size, great for kids.

SECOND ROOM: Features a King Bed with cotton sheets and sliding doors for direct access to the screened in patio.

LIVING ROOM: The cozy living area has cute boho coastal furniture leaving you lots of room to lounge after a long day at the beach! A large 65” Smart TV is in the living room so you can sign in to your Amazon Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, Netflix, AppleTV, HBOMax, etc. to watch your own personal streaming services. (NO LOCAL CHANNELS)

TWIN BED: The twin beds are rolling cots, ideal for kids and flexible sleeping arrangements. They can be easily moved to any room in the home for added convenience

KITCHEN: The kitchen features a spacious refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, electric stove, and disposal.

BACKYARD: With luscious greenery, a mango and fig tree in the back, you can soak up some fresh air on the screened in patio.

HOT TUB:
Located in the backyard, the shared hot tub offers the perfect spot to unwind after a long day at the beach. Enjoy a soothing soak surrounded by tropical plants and the peaceful sounds of nature—ideal for morning relaxation or an evening under the stars. Please note that the hot tub is shared among all four units on the property. We just ask that guests rinse before use, turn the temperature back to 98°F afterward, and securely close the lid when finished.

The entire 1280sqft apartment is all yours, plus the additional patio space, which leads onto the green grass in the back.

We live very close by and are available, but we give our guests complete privacy during their stay.

We’re here to help make your Palm Beach Shores getaway absolutely perfect!

We have two private parking spaces for your convenience. There is no parking available on the road in all of Palm Beach Shores unfortunately. Maximum is two cars.

5 Minutes to Sailfish Marina where you can take a water ferry to Peanut Island where you can swim, snorkel, and paddleboard in crystal clear lagoon-like waters! 20 Minutes to Palm Beach Airport, Brightline Train(takes you to FT. Lauderdale & Miami), and Outlet Mall, 30 to Palm Beach Zoo, 4 Minutes to Publix, 15 Minutes to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, and Costco! A quick car ride can also bring you down to West Palm Beach`s Rosemary Square! You get all the fun, but in a very private setting away from the traffic and congestion.

Enjoy a cookout with our shared BBQ in the backyard! Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use to keep it in great condition for everyone. If the propane runs out during your stay, the nearest propane swap is just two minutes away, and we’ll be happy to reimburse for any propane refills!

Lawn maintenance is attended to weekly. You may see them on the property during your stay.

Unfortunate our neighborhood does not allow boat or trailer parking in the driveway or on the street - inquire about other options we can provide :)

We have a security camera doorbell that detects and videos upon motion or sound.

Bookings longer than 28 nights are subject to a lease and background check.

We provide a starter kit of basic supplies. For longer stays, guests will need to replenish these supplies as needed.

Upon booking, we may require a copy of the lead guest’s drivers license and rental agreement.

We have a smart thermostat that regulates the temperature - it can be manually changed, but note that our threshold is from 69-78F.

We are pet friendly and just require a $100 pet fee. Pets are not allowed on the furniture.

An additional charge of $25 per unauthorized extra guest, per night, will apply to any guests exceeding the booked occupancy.

There is a maximum of 4 guests allowed over night and a maximum of 6 guests at any other time.

A signed Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. This agreement outlines the house rules, occupancy guidelines, and important policies for your stay. If you have any questions or would like to review the Rental Agreement before booking, please feel free to request a copy—we’re happy to provide it.

GUIDELINES FOR USING THE GRILL:
By using the grill provided at this property, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
 1.⁠ ⁠Experience & Safe Operation
I represent that I have adequate knowledge and experience to safely operate a gas grill. If I am unsure how to safely operate the grill, I will not use it.
 2.⁠ ⁠Responsibility for My Group
I accept full responsibility for my own actions and for the actions of every member of my group and any visitor or guest I allow onto the property who uses or is present around the grill. This responsibility does not extend to Bay Haven Management, the property owner, or their employees, contractors, or agents.
 3.⁠ ⁠Safety Requirements
Failure to follow safe grilling practices or any property rules may result in the immediate loss of grill privileges without warning or refund.
 4.⁠ ⁠Assumption of Risk
I understand that the use of a grill involves inherent risks, including but not limited to fire, burns, explosions, smoke inhalation, carbon monoxide exposure, personal injury, death, and property damage. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the grill and accept full responsibility for any injury, loss, damage, or death arising from my use of the grill or the use of the grill by anyone in my group.
 5.⁠ ⁠Proper Operation
I agree to:
Never leave the grill unattended while in use.
Keep the grill a safe distance from structures, furniture, railings, trees, umbrellas, and any combustible materials.
Keep children and pets a safe distance from the grill.
Ensure the grill is used only outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
Turn all burner controls to the OFF position after use.
Completely shut off the propane tank valve or gas supply after each use.
Ensure the grill has completely cooled before leaving the property or covering it.
 6.⁠ ⁠Prohibited Uses
I agree that I will not:
Move the grill from its designated location.
Use the grill indoors, inside a garage, under a covered patio not designed for grilling, or in any enclosed area.
Use gasoline, lighter fluid, charcoal, wood, or any other flammable accelerants on a gas grill.
Modify, repair, or tamper with the grill or propane connections.
Use the grill for any purpose other than cooking food.
Allow any person who is intoxicated, impaired by drugs or alcohol, or otherwise incapable of safely operating the grill to use it.
Allow minors to operate the grill.
 7.⁠ ⁠Damage Responsibility
I agree to immediately report any malfunction, gas leak, damage, or unsafe condition to Bay Haven Management and discontinue use of the grill until instructed otherwise.
I understand that I am financially responsible for any damage to the grill, the property, neighboring property, or personal property caused by my negligence or the negligence of anyone in my group.
 8.⁠ ⁠Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I release, waive, and hold harmless Bay Haven Management, the property owner, and their respective employees, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, injuries, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to the use of the grill, except to the extent caused by their gross negligence or willful misconduct.
 9.⁠ ⁠Indemnification
I agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Bay Haven Management, the property owner, and their employees, contractors, and agents from and against any and all claims, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, or attorneys` fees arising out of my use of the grill or the use of the grill by anyone in my group or any person I permit onto the property.
10.⁠ ⁠Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
11.⁠ ⁠Governing Intent
This Agreement shall be interpreted to give effect to its purpose of allocating the risks associated with grill use to the guest to the fullest extent permitted by applicable
