We had an excellent stay and would return without hesitation.The unit is spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with a layout that feels both comfortable and well considered. The extended balcony is a true highlight—large, inviting, and ideal for relaxing with coffee while taking in the oceanfront setting.The kitchen is unusually well equipped, with abundant glassware, cookware, and appliances (including an air fryer), along with a thoughtful selection of spices—well beyond what most rentals offer.The property is also fully set up for the beach, with chairs and toys provided, and benefits from being located within the Marriott Singer Island resort, giving seamless access to full resort amenities.Evenings were quiet and restful, bathrooms were spotless with excellent water pressure, and the unit was generously stocked with towels and linens. Beds were comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep.What truly distinguishes this property is the owner’s exceptional communication—responsive, proactive, and consistently helpful throughout.Overall, this is a high-quality, professionally managed property that delivers a refined and effortless stay.

Wonderful getaway

We had a wonderful stay on singer island. The unit was spacious and very clean, the beach was amazing and the hotel staff very nice. Greats pools for kids if the beach isn’t your thing. This location is great…easy drive to great restaurants and activities and property manager was very helpful with restaurant and activity recommendations.

Great place to stay!

Our family of four stayed here for three nights and we really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the two pools and hot tub, and we loved the proximity to the beach. Made a vacay with two young kids convenient and enjoyable! The beach toys were a great added bonus!

Spring Break

Our stay at the Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa was wonderful. Our unit was clean, well decorated, kitchen well equipped and bathroom was quite nice. Happy hour specials was a nice surprise at the restaurant on site, pools (both) were clean and all hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The private beach was spacious and beach chairs were available for a daily rate. Everything was really nice and the host was available quickly to answer any questions we had. We would definitely rent here again!

This was a fantastic place to relax for a week! We came to FL to watch MLB spring training and enjoy some time on the beach. Maria-Elena was a great host, very proactive in communicating and she responded quickly when I reached out to her once during our stay. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable! The in-unit washer/dryer and kitchenette were the reason we chose this place. The kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed. There are a number of restaurants that are a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It was nice to walk there and back and not worry about driving. Bed was super comfy too! 5/5 would stay here again!

Beautiful rental at a lovely resort!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this lovely one-bedroom rental on Singer Island. The resort is beautiful, the unit is very nicely furnished and equipped with everything you will need! Marie-Elena was wonderful to work with! The only reason I gave the check-in process 4 stars vs 5 had nothing to do with Marie-Elena, the owner of the rental. She had very kindly arranged for us to come a day early and had properly communicated with the front desk. It was a miscommunication between the “back” office and the “front”office at the desk. We waited about 15-20 min in the beautiful lobby while Marie-Elena sorted everything out with them. It was no big deal. The area is beautiful and the beach is fantastic.

Wonderful

We had a great time at Singer Island. The Marriott had all the amenities we needed and the service was great. The kids enjoyed the beach, pools and the games that were scattered around the resort. The room was very comfortable. The room was behind the family pool hut so not much of a view but we honestly weren’t in the room too much and it didn’t detract from our enjoyment.

Singer Island beach time

The Palm Beach Marriott is a very nice, clean wonderfully located place on Singer Island. Host was easy to contact and responded within minutes. Beach/ocean is steps away and resort is a short walk ( 10 minutes) to shopping and eateries. This particular unit is a junior suite, bedroom is not separate from from living space other than a a divider wall. View is of lagoon pool. Very well kept and has everything for most needs. 2 televisions with multiple channels ( local, CNN, Fox, golf, espn and Hallmark! ) + YouTube and Netflix. Washer and dryer with huge fridge and everything needed to prepare meals if you choose. Restaurant near lobby is very good as well! Did not use Spa services, salon or valet parking. Fitness center meets its need and like everything else is very nice. 2 swimming pools ( very crowded during our stay) are nice. This unit provides beach chairs, beach toys, and reading material so one doesn't have to rent from Marriott. A/C works great in room and in resort! Washer and dryer provided in room as well. We are regulars to Singer Island and would recommend this unit and the host in a New York minute! Really enjoyed our stay !!
