“Overall stay was pleasurable. Nice cottage and quiet surrounds. Just a few things- Lucky key box was already open as we weren’t sent a code or check-in details. Cobwebs and dust hanging from windows, ceilings and fan was an eyesore. In the accommodation folder says bacon, eggs and yogurts were supplied for breakfast, no yoghurts, and weren’t expecting Aldi packaged sliced ham instead of bacon and Aldi prima’s. “Going to start off by saying that when you advertise a cottage in the middle of peak summer then you should ensure that at the very least the aircon is working. The place felt like a furnace the moment we stepped in and when we switched on the aircon it was not working. I promptly messaged about it hoping someone would come and fix it next day. “ Location was the only Plus !! We booked at this estate because it was offering Morning breakfast. It also showed a restaurant which offered Lunch and Dinner!! It was a total disappointment! When we contacted for the breakfast, the guy told us he will keep it outside our door. We expected breakfast that was already made but what we got was the ingredients to make breakfast!
