Space Configuration (Maximum 8 Guests)
The property doubles the comfort! In total you will have at your disposal:


4 total bedrooms (divided into 2 rooms for each villa, ideal for ensuring a peaceful rest for adults and children).


2 full bathrooms (1 for each residential unit, eliminating queues in the morning or when returning from the sea).


2 fully equipped kitchens with dishes, appliances and everything you need. You can choose whether to prepare meals completely independently or to get together all together.

Requests for CheckIn in the morning or otherwise before 4:00 p.m. are subject to availability and an additional charge of €30.00 in May, June, September, October and €40.00 in July and August
LATE CHECK-IN
Check-in for arrivals between 10:00 p.m. and midnight is subject to a surcharge of €40.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
Check-in for arrivals after 24:00 is subject to a surcharge of € 50.00 if done in person, it is free if done independently through the KeyBoxes present at our Welcome Point in Via Nazionale, corner Via Palermo 1 -Budoni (SS)
LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-out after 10:00 a.m. is subject to availability and an additional charge of €40 from January to May and from September to December. For the months of June, July and August of 70€.

Where not expressly stated, animals are allowed. An extra €20.00/night per pet and an extra cleaning fee of €50.00 per stay will be charged
EXTRA LINEN
upon request, additional linens will be provided in addition to those already included in the normal cleaning - The entire bedding set (top and bottom sheets + pillowcases), the entire bath set (small bidet sponge, medium face sponge and large shower sponge + shower mat will be provided), courtesy kit as the initial one. Cost: 30€/person.

It is possible to deposit luggage at our Welcome Point in Budoni at a cost of 2.50€/luggage
