The airport and the port of Olbiasi are a 30-minute drive away.<br>The Space<br>The apartment was renovated and refurbished in 2019 and is located on the first floor, flanked by historic houses and just a few steps from the Church of “Sant’Antonio,” built in 1640.<br><br>The apartment features an open-concept layout and is arranged over two levels:<br>On the first floor, there is a living area with a sofa (which can be converted into a bed) and a smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, and other apps accessible via Wi-Fi. There is also a well-equipped open kitchen featuring a stovetop, electric oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and various kitchen utensils. The dining table is located between the kitchen and the living area. There is also a very nice bathroom featuring a spacious shower, sink, toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and a kit with shampoo and body wash.<br><br>An internal staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a double bed—perfect for a rest after a long day at the beach.
