“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. “We spent a week at Miros, and it truly is a little gem—quiet, peaceful, and beautifully tucked away. Despite its serene setting, it is centrally located within walking distance of the Basilica of Bom Jesus.
The food at the hotel is excellent, but what really sets Miros apart is the staff: they are exceptionally professional, discreet yet always present, and unfailingly warm and gracious. They made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

“A lovely family run guesthouse close to GOI airport. I had a premium room which was spacious, clean and had balconies to the front and back of the room. A short walk down to the beach where there are a number of restaurants to eat and watch the sunset. Would stay here again for sure”

Bathrooms and rooms definitely need to be renovated. Over rated as a 5 star hotel.
Only positive was the good staff they have.

“The hotel was not in an ideal place and the kitchen and bar staff didn't have a clue what to do, the room was ok and kept very clean, the cleaning staff are very good especially Alan the manager. I could not swim in the pool as its very dirty ”

“Stayed second time on this resort, it's a nice, quite and cozy resort near the beach. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.. ambience is very good and the plus point is that it is also pet friendly.. they have their own cafe and many other food joints near by.. also have shared kitchen in the resort..”
