Decoration:
The living area is 82m2. Because of the many windows it is a lovely light chalet. There are doors to the veranda.
2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and a closet and 1 with 1 twin beds and a bunkbed and a closet. In the living room there is another 2 person sofa bed. The spacious living room has a large dining area and plenty of seating for relaxing. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and designer radiator. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, coffee maker, kettle, 4-burner gas cooker, pans / crockery. The chalet is equipped with Wi-Fi and has an extensive German channel offer for the television and for the sports fans Fox and Ziggo.
There is also a vacuum cleaner and freezer.
There is also an information folder with tips / outings and restaurants.
The spacious garden is completely fenced, so your dog can walk around freely. The chalet has several terraces, so you can always sit in the sun or the shade or in the evening on the romantically lit veranda. There is also a heated Jacuzzi where you can relax in summer and winter.

The friendly, child-friendly family park is spacious and provides you with plenty of peace and space to enjoy a wonderful holiday in Zeeland. There is a restaurant with a nice terrace as well as a recreation room and is located right next to the marina. The marina has an atmospheric and uniquely located clubhouse where you definitely have to go. You can enjoy the beautiful view over the Oosterschelde.
During the season various activities are organized at the park. Adjacent to the chalet park you will find a forest where it is wonderful to walk with your dog.
If you cross the dike behind the chalet you will reach the beach (100 meters away), where you can swim or sunbathe, and the marina (100 m). Boat rental is possible here. The Oosterschelde is also a beautiful diving location, location 73 (50 m).
Bicycles can be rented at the park.

In the village, Sint-Annaland, you will find a large Jumbo supermarket (300 m), a real butcher, warm bakeries, cafeteria, a regional museum etc. There is a weekly market every Thursday afternoon. For the children there is also a nice large playground. In the summer season, an auction of regional products is held every Wednesday.
You can also make a seal safari from the marina and during the summer season, a day trip by boat to Zierikzee.

Sint-Annaland is located on the island of Tholen. In the vicinity it is possible to ride a horse. Within 15 minutes by car you can play bowling, mini golf and there are 2 outdoor swimming pools (season).
The area is ideal for making nice bike rides or pleasant walks and there are several routes that lead you through the beautiful nature to various picturesque villages and towns.

For the beautiful walking and cycling routes you do not have to go far, the park is in the Green Heart of Tholen and nature is of paramount importance. Due to the dry fall of the mud at low tide, the Krabbenkreek, an offshoot of the Oosterschelde, is a feeding place for all kinds of stilt and sandpipers but also all kinds of geese and ducks, which you can admire from the dykes.
The waters around the park offer you the possibility to practice all kinds of water sports, think not only of diving, sailing and surfing, but also fishing is very possible.

Surroundings Sint-Annaland, Zeeland
The holiday homes are located near the picturesque Sint Annaland, a lively town with several restaurants, cafes and shops, where you can visit the weekly market next to a supermarket.
You will find the regional museum De Meestoof in the town hall, where you can see how people used to live in the Thool countryside.
The oldest mill is the Korenmolen De Vier Winden, a few years ago it has been completely restored and certainly worth a visit.

Watersnoodmuseum Ouwerkerk
Pay a visit to the Watersnoodmuseum in Ouwerkerk. The museum shows an impressive picture of the disaster in 1953, which has made a big mark on the history of Zeeland and the Netherlands. The disaster was the immediate reason for the implementation of the Delta Plan. Especially the south of the island of Tholen had a hard time during the disaster, in Stavenisse most of the deaths were to be regretted.

Deltapark Neeltje Jans
In order to prevent the 1953 disaster, the Delta Works were carried out. The Delta Park Neeltje Jans gives you an impression of the works and the power of the sea. But it is not only technology that can be seen here, there is also a sea lion show, an aquarium and a water park. Something for everyone, young and old.

Bergen op Zoom
A historic city that is full of energy, you can enjoy shopping in the many shops which are located in the medieval streets and squares. Bergen op Zoom has a history that covers 800 years and in the city center you will find many monuments such as the Gevangenpoort, the Sint Gertrudiskerk, the Markiezenhof and the town hall. Besides the many shops where you can snuggle around, you can relax on a terrace or enjoy a meal in one of the many restaurants that the city has. There is also a nice indoor swimming pool for many hours of water fun!

Goes
The nickname of Goes is The shopping heart of Zeeland, there is a wide variety of shops that are situated around the historic city center. Goes also has several galleries and you can not skip the Museum de Bevelanden.
In the evening you have the opportunity to visit one of the nightclubs or cafes where live music is regularly played.

Tholen
The city of Tholen is located exactly on the border with Noord-Brabant. It has a historic city center which is still largely surrounded by ramparts and vests. A journey back in time with a visit to the Grote Kerk, the town hall or the historic shipyard at the marina.

Antwerp
This big city has everything a city can offer, many historic buildings and monuments such as the Onze-Lieve-Vrouwekathedraal on the Groenplaats. Or do you prefer shopping on the Meir or want to visit one of the many museums, it is all possible. And do not forget the Antwerp Zoo, one of the oldest zoos in the world.

Island of Tholen
The many cycling and walking routes along the winding polder roads will take you along dikes, fields and vistas over the Oosterschelde and the Grevelingen. You will be transported in time past the simple and picturesque villages where you can still taste the history. The surrounding water offers you plenty of opportunities for a more active holiday.
