Blue Bay Blue Emerald The Ocean Beachfront Apartment On the 3rd Floor

Because of the unique location overlooking the beach you do not only hear the waves, but you also have a beautiful direct view of the sea, beautiful sunset and if you are lucky you see dolphins swimming along, because the apartment is on the third floor.

Our apartment (153m2) has 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living / dining room, a large terrace and is available for 4 adults and 1 child.

Wifi is of high quality through the fiber connection to which the apartment is connected. Wi-Fi is also available on the beach.

Right next to the building there is a private swimming pool for guests of Blue Emerald with a view over the sea and there are sun loungers to enjoy the surroundings.

The kitchen is fully equipped including crockery, cutlery, pans, coffee maker, blender, oven / microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge / freezer.

Bed linen, towels, beach towels and kitchen linen are provided and included in the rental price.

All rooms including living / dining room and kitchen have air conditioning for wonderful cooling and on the terrace there is a ceiling fan. There are sunbeds and chairs on the terrace. The living room and bedroom have sliding doors to the terrace so you can fall asleep with the murmur of the sea.

There is free parking and the resort is about 10/15 minutes from the airport. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is a lift.

There are only 220 volts connections (for Dutch plugs). The use of 1m3 water per day and 30KWH electricity is included per day. This is a normal use for 4 people. If you use more, we will charge that. The local price for water is about 15 Naf per m3. For electricity this is 0. 70Naf per kWh.

As a guest of our apartment you get unlimited access to all facilities of Blue Bay, incl. Beach with free sun beds, beach bar, 3 restaurants (1 with feet in the sand and bbq by the sea), kids club, walking and jogging paths and tennis courts. There are also fitness activities such as yoga and bodypump in a separate room or on the beach. Blue Bay Golf offers a beautiful professional 18 holes, par 72 course with great views over the Caribbean Sea. We have agreed a discount of 20% on the Greenfee.

Blue Bay is also a great place for snorkeling and diving. There is a Padi certified diving school. You can dive from the beach to the beautiful coral reef or go with a boat dive to top dive locations such as 'Mushroom Forest', 'The Blue Chamber' or a wreck dive at 'Superior Producer'. Snorkeling is also beautiful on Blue Bay and otherwise near bays in the area, such as Playa Lagun with a big chance of swimming with turtles.

We advise you to rent a car. A large supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.

For stays of 2 weeks, cleaning is included after 1 week including change of towels and sheets. Final cleaning is not included. Smoking is only permitted on the balcony. Bbq unfortunately not.
